ON THIS PATH, YOU ARE SURE TO GET LOST On this path, you are sure to get lost is a multidisciplinary solo work that plunges, through dance, music and theater, THE PROJECT: into a process of self-knowledge, maturation and liberation of the self.

Based on Charles Eisenstein's text Letter to My Younger Self, the work explores the decisive moment that encourag- es us to take a personal journey that will allow us to know who we really are, by facing our demons and stripping ourselves of expectations and social pressures to find our voice and follow our own rhythm: compose our personal life song.

It is a collective creation for which the performer, Diana León, worked individually with three emerging choreogra- phers: the Mexican Paco Ziel, Jérémy Galdeano, from France, and Vera Kvarcakova from the Czech Republic, to develop three different solos that were later woven togeth- er by Mexican director and playwright Nicolas Núñez into a 50 minute solo piece

The original music was composed by British guitarist Tom Jarvis, Alejandro Loredo, who specializes in Son Jarocho (traditional music from Veracruz, Mexico), and Diana León, who has studied singing techniques, integrating them with dance.

The piece was selected to premiere as part of the program- ming of the Theater System of Mexico City in June 2018, with a successful season of six performances at the Benito Juárez Theater.

The piece can be performed in Spanish, English or French.
