[email protected] PRESENTATION Since January 2012 ICIC has broadened its scope and competencies and has become the Catalan Institute of Cultural Enterprises (ICEC) seeking to open up to new enterprises in the creative sector. In February the new Film Archive of Catalonia was opened. Times have changed since the industry was looked upon as a leader in the cultural sector.
