Rae, Acting Deputy Minister of Justice and Acting Deputy Attorney General WHEREAS section 67 of the Social Work Profession Act provides that that Act comes into force on Proclamation; and WHEREAS it is expedient to proclaim that Act in force: NOW KNOW YE THAT by and with the advice and consent of Our Executive Council of Our Province of Alberta, by virtue of the provisions of the said Act hereinbefore referred to and of all other power and authority whatsoever in Us vested in that behalf, We have ordered and declared and do hereby proclaim the Social Work Profession Act in force on September 8, 1995. IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF We have caused these Our Letters to be made Patent and the Great Seal of Our Province of Alberta to be hereunto affixed. Edmonton, August 23, 1995 The Lieutenant Governor in Council orders that (a) on December 31, 1995 the land described in Appendix A and shown on the sketch in Appendix B is separated from The County of Newell No. 4 and annexed to The Village of Rosemary, (b) any taxes owing to The County of Newell No. 4 on December 31, 1995 in respect of the annexed land are transferred to and become payable to The Village of Rosemary together with any lawful penalties and costs levied in respect to those taxes, and The Village of Rosemary upon collecting those taxes, penalties or costs shall pay them to The County of Newell No. 4, and (c) the assessor for The Village of Rosemary shall assess in 1995, for the purpose of taxation in 1996, the annexed land and the assessable improvements to it.
