Medina, who made international history with his handling of the 1949 trial of eleven Communist leaders, will be the speaker at the Commencement exercises for the Milton Hershey School graduates on June 6, it was announced by Dr. John 0. Hershey, M.H.S. superintendent. The Commencement program is to be held in the Hershey Community Theatre. A member of the United States Court of Appeals, Judge Medina has a long and distinguished career as a practicing attorney, teacher, author and jurist. A native of , N.Y., he was educated in the pub- lic schools there and at Hol- brook Military Academy. He graduated as a Phi Beta Kap- pa from in 1909 and won the Ord- ronneaux Prize for the highest standing in his class on grad- uation from in 1912.
