Introduction 1.1 Project Background Wuhu sits at the junction of the East and Middle of China, and is located on the west side of the Changjiang River Delta. It’s a major water-land hub of communications in the middle and lower reaches of the Changjiang River (also known as“Yangtze River”) as well as a core of Wanjiang Urban Belt proposed by Anhui Provincial Party Committee and Government to connect to the Changjiang River Delta. Wuhu currently has four subordinate districts of Jinghu, Yijiang, Jiujiang and Sanshan, and four counties of Wuhu, Fanchang, Nanling and Wuwei (Wuwei County was incorporated into Wuhu city in 2011). Between 2005 and 2010, Wuhu had been continuously accelerating its urbanization process, and the average growth rate of urban population was up to 8.84%. The urban population reached 117,910,000 by 2010, 407,400 more than that in 2004. Along with the economic development, the current public transportation infrastructure can no longer meet citizens’ needs to move around. Therefore, Wuhu intends to apply for loan from World Bank, and learn from World Bank’s advanced transportation theory and mature transportation management experience, to improve traffic efficiency and the living level of local residents. In order to cope with the rapid urbanization, function transition and urban development, the following three problems have to be solved: (1) During the evening rush hour, the traffic of vehicle is heavy on Changjiang Road and the bicycle lane is too narrow to allow more than two bicycles to ride side by side. As a result, cyclists have to ride on the relief road. Therefore, the current mode of “six driveways, two relief roads and lane for bicycles and pedestrians” is actually “six driveways, bicycle lane and sidewalk”, and the overall traffic efficiency is much lower than that of “two-way eight driveways”. (2) The traffic of Zheshan Road is generally stable and smooth, but the traffic from Wenhua Road to Yijiang Road is disordered due to the interference from pedestrians and cyclists. (3) As Yinhu Road is intensively developed and there are too many accesses along the road, the traffic efficiency is low. Wuhu city intends to apply for the loan from World Bank, and learn from World Bank’s advanced transportation theory and mature transportation management experience to improve urban public transportation service. The project includes bus lane construction, intellectual transportation system, vehicle procurement, bus stop and parking lot construction and so on. 1 The total cost is estimated to be 681,220,100 RMB Yuan, that is, 41,104,400 RMB Yuan for construction and installation, 525,280,400 RMB Yuan for facilities procurement, 42,733,400 RMB Yuan for other civil inputs, 60,911,800 RMB Yuan for reservation, 8,190,000RMB Yuan for paying loan interest and 3,000,000 RMB Yuan for capacity building. The project will impose inevitable impacts on the surroundings, ecology, natural environment and the public’s daily life. Therefore, the Environmental Management Plan (EMP) is formulated to alleviate and eliminate the negative influences during the construction and operation of the roads and bus-stations. The construction and operation of the roads and bus-stations also brings a lot of benefits: Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) is a public transportation mode featured by quality, efficiency, economy, low energy consumption and reduced pollution. It fully reflects the people-oriented development concept and contributes to building a harmonious society. BRT adopts modern public transportation vehicles and high-quality infrastructure, resulting in rapid, punctual, comfortable and safe service via the bus-only lane. With the establishment of the green public transportation system, the urban traffic congestion will be relieved and it will be easier for citizens to move around. The function of the EMP is: to ensure all the environmental protection measures will be implemented; supervise the project’s influence and the effectiveness of the environmental protection measures timely and accurately; examine and evaluate the predictions and correctness of conclusions proposed in the Environmental Impacts Assessment (EIA). Entrusted by Wuhu Public Transportation Group, Anhui Research Academy of Environmental Sciences is responsible for assessing the project’s environmental impacts. On the basis of the assessment, EMP of the public transportation component was completed in June, 2012. It contains project introduction, institution and mechanism of environmental management and monitoring, implementation of environmental protection measures, environmental monitoring and training plan. After censored by World Bank, the EMP will be provided as an environmental protection document to the construction supervision unit, environmental monitoring unit and other relevant units during construction and operation. 1.2 Project Component The construction nature and content of the project components is shown in Table 1-2-1. Project’s geographic location is shown in Fig. 1-2-1. 2 Table 1-2-1 Project Content Category Content and Nature of the Construction Civil engineering Changjiang Road construct bus-only lane from Changchun Road to Zhongshan North Road and of bus-only lane Limin Road to Eshan Road; build forty-five, about 450m2 pedestrian islands at the intersections; place eight traffic lights for pedestrian; remove two pedestrian crosswalks; install 138 cameras; set scheduler of real-time priority at ten crossings on Changjiang Road. Zheshan Road build bus-only lane from Yijishan Hospital to Wenhua Road and Yijiang Road to Beijing Road; build eight, about 105m2 pedestrian islands at the intersections; install eight traffic lights for pedestrian; set 48 cameras; set scheduler of real-time priority at four crossings on Jiuhua Road, Wenhua Road, Yijiang Road and Shenshan Road. Yinhu Road build bus-only lane from Zhongshan North Road to Linwan Road; build fifty-six, about 560m2 pedestrian islands at the intersections; place sixteen traffic lights for pedestrian; remove twelve pedestrian crosswalks; install 84 cameras; set scheduler of real-time priority at ten crossings. Intellectual Bus-priority signal signal equipment includes ten sets of annunciators, stabilized voltage supply, transportation system cabinet, and signal priority controlling module; ten sets of vehicle detector system project and coils; other supporting facilities include one set of communication equipment, cabinet base, civil construction, installation and commissioning.

The prevalence of hypertension is related to many factors, such as obesity. In the era of smart phones, it is important to study the negative health effects of mobile phones on blood pressure. The purpose of this study was to investigate the prevalence of hypertension and its association with smartphone addiction among junior school students in China. Methods: A school-based cross-sectional study was conducted, including total 2639 junior school students (1218 boys and 1421 girls), aged 12–15 years old (13.18 ± 0.93 years), enrolled in the study by random cluster sampling. Height, weight, systolic blood pressure (SBP) and diastolic blood pressure (DBP) were measured following standard protocols, and the body mass index (BMI) was calculated. Overweight/obesity and hypertension were defined according to sex- and age-specific Chinese children reference data. The Smartphone Addiction Scale short version (SAS-SV) and the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) were used to assess smartphone addiction and sleep quality among the students, respectively. Multivariate logistic regression models were used to seek associations between smartphone addiction and hypertension. Results: The prevalence of hypertension and smartphone addiction among participants were 16.2% (13.1% for females and 18.9% for males) and 22.8% (22.3% for females and 23.2% for males), respectively.

The potential sources among the five heavy metals were determined using the Pearson’s correlation analysis and principal component analysis (PCA). Main results: The mean concentrations of the heavy metals were 0.27 mg/kg (Hg), 70.78 mg/kg (Pb), 3.48 mg/kg (Cd), 143.65 mg/kg (Cr) and 22.17 mg/kg (As). W1, W5 and W6 sewage sludge samples showed the highest levels of heavy metal contamination, and cadmium had the highest contamination level in the study area. Pearson’s correlation analysis and PCA revealed that Pb and Cd mainly derived from traffic emissions and the manufacturing industry and that As and Cr originated from agricultural discharges.

Thus, the total consideration for the Cooperation is approximately RMB63,170,260,800. Before completion of the Cooperation, the Seller held 100% equity interest of the Target Project Companies and 100% interest of the Target Hotel Assets. After completion of the Cooperation, the Buyer will hold 91% equity interest of the Target Project Companies and 100% interest of the Target Hotel Assets, while the Seller will continue to hold 9% equity interest of the Target Project Companies.

Background: Capecitabine is the most widely used agent for maintenance chemotherapy in patients with metastatic triple-negative breast cancer (mTNBC). However, there are no biomarkers for identifying mTNBC patients who could benefit from capecitabine maintenance. Methods: The prognostic roles of cytokeratin 5/6 (CK5/6), epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR), and maintenance therapy were evaluated in mTNBC patients. Both CK5/6 and EGFR were detected using immunohistochemistry. Of 115 patients who achieved disease control, 56 received capecitabine maintenance therapy and 59 underwent observation. The progression-free survival (PFS) and overall survival (OS) of the patients were evaluated.
