CALL TO ORDER - 9:40 a.m. 1.1 Deputy Mayor Ootes took the Chair and called the Members to order. The meeting opened with O Canada. 1.2 CONFIRMATION OF MINUTES Councillor Berardinetti, seconded by Councillor Sutherland, moved that the Minutes of the Council meetings held on the 26th, 27th and 28th, and the 29th days of November, 2002, be confirmed in the form supplied to the Members, which carried. 1.3 PETITIONS (i) Councillor Jones filed a petition signed by approximately 228 individuals in support of implementing traffic calming measures on Lake Promenade in the former City of Etobicoke. 2 Minutes of the Council of the City of Toronto February 4, 5, 6, 7, 10 and 11, 2003 This petition was filed with the City Clerk. (ii) Councillor Korwin-Kuczynski filed a petition containing the signatures of approximately 126 individuals respecting the Front Street Extension. Council considered this petition with Clause No. 4 of Report No. 1 of The Policy and Finance Committee, headed “Front Street Extension Environmental Assessment and Preliminary Design Study Addendum Report”.
