This task force was originally named KIP-HAM in 1996. As a commission whose work was to monitor Human Rights issues, KIP-HAM received many reports and inputs from the community, both victims’ community and others who dared to express their aspiration regarding human rights issues that took place in their regions. In the beginning, KIP-HAM only received reports through phone communication but the public gradually grew brave in delivering their reports directly to KIP-HAM secretariat. In several meetings with victims’ community, there was an idea to form an entity that deals specifically with cases of forced disappearances as a response to continuous violent practices that had claimed many victims. The idea was thrown in by one of the victims’ mothers named Ibu Tuti Koto. It was finally agreed that a commission would be established to deal with cases of disappearances and victims of violence under the name of Kontras.

The study adopts a spatial analysis approach, in addition to a general analysis of urban forest space requirements using the Malthus exponential method. From this analysis the value 8.90 m2/people set was obtained and subsequently, used as a reference for determining the area of urban forest space. From the value of this constant, a projection model for exponential growth in urban forest spaces in the urban area of Kolonodale (a small city with ퟎ.ퟎퟐퟑퟐ풕 a population of ≤ 20,000 inhabitants) in the next 20 years: Yuf to-t = 9.7799풆 Keywords: Urban forest, Demography, Site description, Malthus exponential, Small town. 1. Introduction The population in urban areas is more than in rural areas. As well the physical development in these areas is faster. As a result, the balance of ecosystems will be affected in urban areas with a consequent increase of air temperature, air pollution, decrease of the groundwater and surface soil, flooding, seawater instruction, increase of the content of heavy metals in groundwater and others. With the aim to maintain the balance of the ecosystem, influenced by an increase in population and physical development in urban areas, is necessary to provide green open space (GOS).

This study aims to test the bacteriology of food utensils in the elementary school canteen of the UPTD Puskesmas Mabelopura. The research object is tableware. Bacterial samples on cutlery were taken using the swab method (wiping the surface of the cutlery) then the samples were taken to the laboratory to be tested. 8 cutlery samples were taken from 8 canteens in elementary schools in the working area of the UPTD Puskesmas Mabelopura. The laboratory test results identified the number of germs on the examined tableware, namely, plate 22 CFU/cm², 39 CFU/cm², 23 CFU /cm², spoon 1,513 CFU/cm², 939 CFU/cm², glass 2,217 CFU/cm², 251 CFU/cm², bowl 1,727 CFU/cm² Which indicates that the equipment in the canteen does not meet the eligibility requirements for tableware, because based on Permenkes RI No. 1096/Menkes/Per/VI/2011 regarding the requirements for tableware used, especially by traders, that it should not contain bacterial colonies or 0 colonies/cm² surface. Keywords: Bacteri, Cutlery, Diarrhea, school canteen 1 Introduction The morbidity and mortality rates in Indonesia due to diarrhea are still high [1]. Approximately 760,000 children die each year due to diarrheal disease which is the second leading cause of child mortality.

International Journal of Innovation, Creativity and Change. www.ijicc.net Volume 9, Issue 9, 2019 The Impact of Total Factor Productivity and Spatial Dependence on Per Capita Income Convergence Agus Sumana, Devantob, Rachmad Kresnac, Nurjanna Ladjind*, a,b,c,dFaculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Brawijaya, Indonesia, Email: d*[email protected] This study aims to analyse the spatial dependence on the convergence of per capita regency/city income in Central Sulawesi Province in the period 2007–17. Total factor productivity (TFP) is related to the existence of a knowledge gap between developed and underdeveloped regions. Unsurprisingly, the underdeveloped regions want to catch up with the developed regions. The analysis used in this study was the Spatial Durbin Model. The results of the study showed that there was a gap in regencies/cities because of poor connections among those in the local area. A highly competitive character disadvantaged lower competitors. This resulted in divergence, meaning no regional spillover occurred. The regional economic priority improvement mostly related to the regencies/cities in quadrant III and showed low economic improvement through the regional connection, which had a highly competitive character, human resources improvement, knowledge and technology, investment, infrastructure provision and strengthening regional economic activities. Key words: Spatial dependence, convergence of per capita income, Spatial Durbin Model. Introduction Inequality of development among regions is normal at the beginning of the development process, particularly in the eastern part of Indonesia. The different rates of economic growth among regions can also be due to regional economic activity concentration, investment allocation, mobility level of production factors among regions, different natural resources, different geographical conditions among regions, and less effective trade between provinces due to inadequate infrastructure (Tambunan, 2011).

Rondonuwu, [email protected] Abstract. This study determines the genetic structure of Banggai cardinal fish (BCF) from Lembeh Strait, North Sulawesi, based on the mitochondrial CO1 genetic marker. Sample collection used SCUBA gear and “chang net” fishing gear. One BCF specimen was collected in this study. Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) was performed using 5X Firepol PCR Master Mix. Bi-directional sequencing was done by First Base CO (Malaysia) using Big Dye© terminator chemistry (Perkin Elmer). PCR outcomes were separated using 0.8% agarose gel electrophoresis and shown by amplification of 718 bp band. The fish population found in the Lembeh Strait was Pterapogon kauderni Koumans, 1933 based on BLAST method. The lowest pairwise distance (d) was 0.000 (0%) and the highest was 0.324 (32.413%) with an average distance of 0.087±0.117 (8.692±11.746%). Genetic distance (d) of the ingroup was shorter than that of the outgroup. Based on the phylogenetic tree, the population of P. cauderni (ingroup) forms one cluster and is separated from other fish groups (outgroup). The closest population to P. kauderni is Sphaeramia nematoptera. Key Words: SCUBA, chang net, P. kauderni, S. nematoptera, genetic marker. Introduction. One of the recently endangered living resources in Indonesian waters is coral reef fish of Apogonidae, Pterapogon kauderni Koumans, 1933 well-known as Banggai cardinal fish (BCF) and locally called capungan Banggai.
