Ltd. is a proposed manufacturing unit of Sandhya group located at Plot No. 1249 & 1250, GIDC, Sarigam- 396155. Tal.- Umbergaon, Dist.- Valsad (Gujarat) INDIA.  The unit proposes for manufacture pesticide intermediate products falling under the activity “Pesticides industry and pesticide specific intermediates (including formulations)”

Water and Waste Water Management  Total Fresh Water requirement will be 133 KL/day & Water supply will be met from GIDC water supply dept.  Total industrial Waste Water Generation will be 30 KL/Day.  Domestic waste water (4 KL/day) will be disposed off through Septic Tank.  We will produce the product simultaneously therefore we have considered accordingly.

Air Emission and its Control Measures  Company shall install Thermic fluid heater having capacity of 6000 kcal/hr. Bagasse briquettes will be used as a fuel for Thermic fluid heater.  Company shall install 2 nos. of Boiler having capacity of 2000 kg/hr. & 1000 kg/hr. Bagasse briquettes will be used as a fuel for the boiler.  Company shall install a D.G. Set having capacity of 320 KVA, as stand by. It will be used during the power failures. Diesel will be used as a fuel for the D.G. Set.  Adequate stack height and stack monitoring facilities will be provided as per rule. Also we will install the bag filter as APCD for reduction of Air emission.  Adequate capacity of Scrubbing system will be installed for Ammonium Chloride recovery and to control the process gas emission within the prescribed norms.
