These are the stable roots of the Pizzolato Family, on which the whole production philosophy has been founded. Living the present Mr. Settimo Pizzolato, in the picture, is keen on keeping the balance of the country ecosystem, so that he organized the winery in order to produce genuine wine using grapes coming from the rows and in 1991, he was able to gain the official certification for the organic wines. Mr. Pizzolato was definitely one of the first wine producers who made the choice of an organic management of the Winery, in order to produce wines that could meet the expectations of health-oriented customers as they are made with grapes that has grown in a pristine environment, without using chemical products nor animal origin products. Nowadays, the result is a wine that tells about the land where it is produced and about the research of a life style in harmony with the nature. Dreaming for the future The Winery, which symbolizes Pizzolato’s lifestyle, is located in the rich and flourishing countryside in the north of Treviso and has recently received the nomination to the European Union Prize Mies van der Rohe Award 2017 and the admission in Biennale of Venice 2018.
