BRONCOS WIN 11th CONSECUTIVE DIVISIONAL ROAD GAME

The Denver Broncos (9‐3) maintained their lead at the top of the AFC West standings by defeating the Kansas City Chiefs (7‐5) by a score of 29‐16. The win marked Denver’s 11th consecutive road victory against a divisional opponent to represent the second‐longest streak in NFL history. This marks Head Coach John Fox’s second career divisional road win streak of 10 or more games.

ANDERSON PRODUCES FOR THE SECOND STRAIGHT WEEK

Denver RB C.J. Anderson rushed for a career‐high 168 yards on 32 carries (5.3 avg.) and added two catches for 17 yards (8.5 avg.) and one against the Chiefs. Following up on his 167‐yard outing last week against Miami, Anderson becamee the first Bronco to rush for at least 150 yards in consecutive games since RB Reuben Droughns in 2004 (10/10 vs. Car. & 10/17 at Oak.).

With six catches for 63 yards (10.5 avg.) and one score, Broncos WR Demaryius topped 1,200 receiving yards and 10 receiving touchdowns on the year to make him one of just six players in NFL history to reach both of those milestones in at least three consecutive seasons.

Broncos DE DeMarcus Ware posted his 127th career sack against Kansas City to pass Chiefs great Derrick Thomas for the 14th‐most sacks in NFL history. Ware also recorded his third career in the third quarter.

BARTH HAS MEMORABLE BRONCOS DEBUT

Denver K Connor Barth, who was signed by the team on Nov. 25, converted on all five attempts in his Broncos debut to tie the club record for field goals in a single game. He joins K (vs. Mia., 10/13/02) and K Rich Karlis (vs. Sea. (11/20/83) as the only players in franchise history to make five field goals in a game without a missed attempt.
