Microwave Applesauce

8 (2 pounds). Peel and slice. 2 tbs. water or in Pyrex bowl with cover. RECIPES Microwave on High about 8-10 min. Add sugar to taste, about 1/2 cup sugar. 1 cup sugar Creamy Apple Squares ¼ cup applesauce 1 pkg. yellow cake mix 1 egg ½ cup soft ½ tsp. vanilla ¼ cup brown sugar ¾ cup flour ½ tsp. cinnamon ¼ cup cocoa 2 apples, thinly sliced ¼ tsp. baking powder 1 cup sour cream ¼ tsp. salt 1 egg ¼ cup chopped nuts

Combine first two ingredients; mix until crumbly. Reserve 2/3 Cream margarine and sugar, add egg, applesauce, and vanilla. cup for topping, add brown sugar and cinnamon to reserve Add rest of ingredients. Pour into greased 9x9" pan. topping mix. Mix well, set aside. Bake at 350° for 20-25 min.

Press remaining mixture onto bottom of ungreased 9”x13’ Applesauce Nutcake pan. Arrange apple slices over base. Blend sour cream and egg, spread evenly over apples. Sprinkle reserve topping 1 pkg. yellow cake mix mixture over all. Bake at 350° for 25-30 min. or until topping ¼ cup vegetable oil is golden brown and bubbly. ½ cup chopped nuts ½ cup raisins Apple Bars 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 ½ cups applesauce 1¾ cups of chopped or shredded apples (about 2) 3 eggs 1 cup sugar 1 pkg. (3 ¾ oz.) vanilla instant pudding and pie filling Mix and let stand 10 min. Add 1 egg beaten and ½ cup melted butter. Mix all ingredients in bowl. Pour into ungreased 9x13" pan. Sift together and add; Bake at 350° for 35 min. Cool.
