Was born at the settlement of Qarayeri of Samukh region; graduated from the Department of Petroleum Reservoir Development Processes and Integrated Mechanization at the Azerbaijan State Oil and Chemistry Institute; Honored engineer; rewarded with “Shohrat” (Fame) order; author of numerous scientific works and inventions; foreign languages: Russian and English. Since 1970 to 2005 was working on a different positions in oil and gas industry. Independent. Born in the city of Baku, August 20, 1965; graduated with Honor from the Mathematics Department at the Azerbaijan Pedagogical Institute; PhD in psychological sciences; foreign languages: Russian and English. Since 1986 teacher at the vocational college, and teacher and Deputy director at secondary school in Baku; since 1994 senior instructor, Head of section, and Head of department at the Youth and Sports Ministry of the Republic of Azerbaijan; between the years of 1996 – 2000 Chairman of the Azerbaijan Republic Children Organization; currently lecturer at the . Member of the New Azerbaijan Party. Was elected to a second Milli Mejlis term of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Born in the city of Baku, October 5, 1966; graduated from the Department of Oriental Studies and Department of Law at the Baku State University; doctor of philological sciences; author of two monographs and over 30 scientific articles; foreign languages: Russian. Since 1988 inspector at the Azerbaijan Cultural Foundation; between the years of 1992 – 2005 translator at the Embassy of the Turkish Republic to Azerbaijan; currently lecturer at the Baku State University. Independent. On November 6, 2005 elected as Member of Parliament from Zardab-Ujar Constituency No 92; Member of the Standing Committee of the Milli Mejlis (Parliament) on Cultural Issues; member of Azerbaijan-UK, Azerbaijan-India, Azerbaijan-Libya, Azerbaijan-Slovakia and Azerbaijan-Turkey working groups on interparliamentary relations. Member of the EU – Azerbaijan parliamentary cooperation committee and delegation of Azerbaijan to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation Organization. Has got one child.

Born in the city of Sumgayit, November 6, 1965; graduated from the Physics and Law Departments of the Azerbaijan State University; foreign languages: Russian. Since 1986 engineer at “Azerjihazelektric” company; since 1989Secretary and section inspector at the Administrative Committee of Binegedi district Executive Committee; since 1992 chief section at the Binegedi Region Executive Authority, chief section at the Baku Chemistry Pharmaceutical factory, chief administrator at the Sumgait Department Store; since 1998 Deputy Chairperson of “Sumgait Commerce Center” Open Joint Stock Company. Member of New Azerbaijan Party. On November 6, 2005 elected as Member of Parliament from Sumgait third election constituency No. 43.
