FELL’S POINT/CANTON: Fell's Point is a waterfront community just east of Inner Harbor in perpetual celebration of Baltimore's British nautical roots. Enjoy the 18th- and 19th- century homes and storefronts along streets with names like Shakespeare and Fleet, and know that the neighborhood's visage has remained largely unchanged for the past several centuries. Just east of Fell’s Point lies Canton. A quaint and lively village square rimmed with eclectic restaurants, pubs, and shops along O’Donnell Street is the heart of this waterfront neighborhood. The Jones Falls Expressway (I-83) is just minutes away, and there are good connections to the northbound and southbound portions of I-95 and the Beltway (I-695). It is also served by MTA buses and water shuttles. ROLAND PARK: One thousand residences and the three small business districts of Cold Spring Lane, Falls Road, and the Village of Cross Keys comprise a neighborhood settled within a rolling landscape of Maryland Piedmont Forest. Roland Park is between Tuscany Road, Canterbury Road and Wilmslow Road to the east, University Parkway, Falls Road and Jones Falls Expressway to the south and west, and Northern Parkway to the north. Originally part of Baltimore County, it was incorporated into the City of Baltimore in 1918. • About a twenty (20) minute drive to UMMS. • Historic houses, row homes, and single family detached homes.
