Lecture du dernier procès-verbal : accepté à l’unanimité. 1- Service des Eaux – Avancée du dossier « Amélioration de la qualité de l’eau » A la suite de plusieurs réunions, et comme conseillé par l’Agence Régionale de Santé, il est étudié l’idée d’associer 3 entités différentes ensemble à ce projet de construction d’une usine de traitement des nitrates à Sainte Vertu : Sainte Vertu / Aigremont + Lichères-Près-Aigremont + SIAEP Annay-Môlay qui sont toutes trois dans la démarche d’amélioration de la qualité de l’eau potable distribuée à ses habitants. En effet ces deux collectivités ont également été mises en demeure par le Préfet de délivrer de l’eau de qualité aux abonnés. Après vérification, le Puits des Saumonts a la capacité suffisante pour alimenter en eau potable, après traitement, le Syndicat des Eaux d’Annay – Molay, et la commune de Lichères-près-Aigremont. Afin de définir les tenants de ces interconnexions, une étude préliminaire est commandée à SPEE sur conseil de l’Agence de l’Eau.
