Nem lehet aszkézis, mely a Guru spirituális ereje nélkül megvalósítható lenne. Ezért nincs magasabb igazság, mint az a Tudás, melyet a Tiszteletreméltó Guru dicsőséges kegye adhat." मन्िाथः श्रीजगन्िाथो म饍गुरुतिस्िजग饍गुरुः। ममा配मा सवषव ति ा配मा तस्मै श्रीगुरव े िमः॥७५॥ Mannāthah śrījagannātho madgurustrijagadguruh| Mamātmā sarvabhūtātmā tasmai śrīgurave namah||75|| 7 "Az én szent Uram, az Univerzum legfőbb Guruja, aki mindhárom világ egyedüli Ura. Dicsőség a Tiszteletreméltó Gurnak." /Śrīgurugītā 70.-75. verse/ वन्देऽिं सतिचचदािन्दं षेदातीतं सदा गुरुम।् नि配यं पणि ं निराकारं निगुणव ं स्वा配मसंतिस्थतम॥् ११२॥ परा配परतरं ध्येयं नि配यमािन्दकारकम।् हृदयाकाशमध्यस्थं श饍ु िस्फहिकसतिन्िषम॥् ११३॥ Vande'ham saccidānandaṁ bhedātītaṁ sadā gurum| Nityaṁ pūrṇaṁ nirākāraṁ nirguṇaṁ svātmasaṁsthitam ||112|| Parātparataraṁ dhyeyaṁ nityamānandakārakam| Hṛdayākāśamadhyasthaṁ śuddhasphaṭikasannibham ||113|| "Hódolatom a Gurumnak, aki tiszta-lét-tudat örökös üdvének hordozója; ő túl van a különbözőségeken, kettősség nélküli. Dicsőség az örök tökéletességnek, az alaktalan és tulajdonságok nélkülinek, aki maga a megtestesült Ātma. Ő a Guru, aki a hatalmasságok közül a leghatalmasabb. Örökös áldásadó, és boldogságot adományozó. Ott ül a szívünk közepében, tiszta kristályként, ragyogón." /Śrī Guru Gītā 112-113. verse/ Iti shivam Jöjjön Jólét minden Élőlény számára! 8 A Szerző Előszava A könyv szerkesztése során szükségesnek tartottam, hogy egy tömör életrajzi jegyzettel kezdjem, mert még a "legobjektívebb" tárgyaláson is átvillannak a személyes sajátságok: nem régiségkereskedőként közelítek a yoga történelméhez, filozófiájához és pszichológiájához, hanem olyan valakiként, aki a legmélyebben tiszteli India ősi szellemi nagyságát, amely sok évezred alatt csiszolódott ki. Érdeklődési körömben természetesen helyet kapnak a Śaiva tanítások és a hindu metafizika is, mint amilyen az advaita és a duális valamint a nonduális tantrák. Hatékonyságának néhányszor szemtanúja voltam a magam és mások gyakorlataiban, valamint legelső tanítómesterem életében és az iránta érzett hű szolgálataimban, mely változatlan formában ma is élő láncolatot alkot. Bár nem közvetlen módon, de a kapcsolat megmaradt mind a mai napig. Mint ahogy a legtöbb spirituális kereső, én is a világban jártan mindig kerestem azokat az ismeretanyagokat, amelyek a fizikai tapadásokról és szenvedésekről megtanítják, s elszakítják az embert. A kezdetek-kezdetén a legalapvetőbb kérdésekre kerestem a választ; "mi vagy ki az ember?", "milyen céllal van a világban?", "milyen okozati összefüggései vannak mindezeknek?", stb... Aztán rátaláltam a yoga tudományára, amely megmutatja, hogy a durva anyagi rostokat miként lehet a finom anyagi síkon átszublimálni, valamint realizálni azt. Rejtélyesen vonzódtam ehhez a mai, lenyűgözően szerteágazó nagy terjedelmű ismeretanyagához, amely összetett testi erővel és természetfeletti tudománnyal rendelkező módszer. Lépésről lépésre tanultam meg benne a tanár-tanítvány kapcsolatot, ami magában foglalja a bizalmat, a szeretetet és az állandó hajlandóságot arra, hogy próbára tegyék az embert és túlhaladjon képzelt korlátain. Ilyen fajta pompás ajándékot nyertem az Én-transzcendencia csodálatos lehetőségéből. 2004 óta szerettem bele ennek a nagyszerű rendszereibe, s azóta is minden nap együtt vagyunk. Úgy látszik egy életre megtaláltam benne magamat. Ennek a tudománynak a segítségével fedeztem fel az elme csodás működését, a tudat határtalan mezejét, mely nélkül a manifesztációink nem tudnának fejlődni, növekedni, és amely nélkül élet sem lenne. 9 Tanulmányaim során kedvet kaptam ahhoz az elkerülhetetlen tényhez, hogy a pontos érthetőség kedvéért szanszkritul tanuljak és a hinduk nagy vallási és filozófikus műveit tanulmányozzam. Megismerkedve a hindu vallási rendszerekkel, tanításaikkal, és a guru tanítványi iskolákkal. Megzavart spirituális lendületemet yogikus életmód felé tereltem. Elméleti és gyakorlati szinten egyaránt. Tanulmányaimat és írói tevékenységemet a karma-yoga egyik formájának tekintem

According to Ayurvedic medicine Rudraksha is used in the managing of blood pressure, asthma, mental disorders, diabetes, gynecological disorders and neurological disorders. The Elaeocarpus ganitrus is an inhabitant shrub that has a good rich history of traditional uses in medicine.     The Rudra-Mala as a Fortune & Memorial By Yogi Khem Jokhoo. Trinidad. May 2019 The name Rudra is another name for God Shiva who is the Supreme Soul, the Supreme Father. A mala is a number of beads threaded with a flower or tassel where they are joined. Malas can also be threaded with fresh flowers and generally used as garlands. A mala is also called a rosary and many feel it does not carry the same spiritual feeling and reverence as a “mala”, but in fact, its meaning is more appropriate as the stem of the word rosary (ro or ru) means a soul and so it is a rosary of souls. The Rudra mala is also called the Rudraksha mala where “aksha” is translated to mean “eyes” or teardrops and sometimes “axis”. Rudraksha represents "the one that is capable of looking at and doing everything” and whose third eye is open, intuitive and complete with the power of discrimination. The Origin of the Rudra Mala The basis for the Rudra Mala originates from Gita c4v7&8 where God promised that He would descend and “embody himself” when there is unrighteousness, irreligiousness and lawlessness in the world. He states very clearly that His descent is for the sole purpose to protect the virtuous, destroy the evil and to re-establish righteousness(dharma) and the new kingdom. God’s descent is to purify all souls, the elements and nature and finally take all souls back home to Nirvana threaded on the Rudra mala. On his descent, God Shiva imparts the spiritual knowledge of the Shrimat Bhagavad Gita through Brahma and teaches yoga and meditation to purify all souls with spiritual knowledge, divine virtues and elevated actions.

    Rudraksha beads and malas Rudraksha beeds are very rare and precious. They have been worn and used for meditation, japa mantra, and pujas/fire ceremonies for many centuries. Asian Yogis and Monks found that merely wearing the Rudraksha beads gave them astonishingly tremendous amount of tranquillity, concentration that helped them meditate for a long period of time with spectacular control over their mind. Buddha wore Rudraksha beads, along with the Dalai Lama, Gandhi, and many enlightened Indian yogis.     35. Share in Bhagavan's love EMBODIMENTS of Divine Love! Prema (Love) transcends the three gunas (Satwa, Rajas and Tamas). It is boundless. It flows continually like an eternal light. The sages called it Atma. This divine flame of love shines in every heart. Atma and Hridaya (heart) are synonymous with Divinity. For this love, there is no distinction of 'mine' and 'thine'. It is totally free from self- interest. Love is like the mariner's compass, which always points to the north. At any time, any place or in any circumstance love points only towards God. Hence, everyone should try to understand how the Love principle works. Love can be compared only with love. Prema (love) and Anuraga (affection) are one and the same. But affection, when it is directed towards worldly objects, gets tainted. Because of this pollution, joy and sorrow ensue. Man becomes a prey to desires and disappointments. However when Love is directed towards God, it becomes pure, selfless, enduring and divine. Love is sweeter than nectar Nectar is described by the scriptures as extremely sweet. But nectar nowhere approaches the sweetness of love. As against love, nectar appears insipid. The uniqueness of such love is beyond the comprehension of ordinary people. Such love arises only when you churn the ocean of bliss. Hence, all our actions should be based on Love. But in this mundane world, love assumes external forms. When pure gold is given to the goldsmith for making a jewel, he mixes copper and other metals with it and thereby its value is reduced.
