More on Kate and Kacey’s Music Career: The music adventures of Kate and Kacey Coppola began at an early age. Born in Iowa and raised in Colorado, the identical twin sisters started performing together in public at the age of 7 as part of the international traveling choral group, The Colorado Children's Chorale. They then moved their talents down to Nashville, TN where they landed a publishing deal with EMI Music Publishing and a record deal with Big Machine Records. As the country duo “Kate and Kacey”, they have spent the past 12 years on the road writing songs for George Strait and Jamey Johnson, performing at the Grande Ole Opry, and touring with Kenny Chesney, Little Big Town, Miranda Lambert, and Julianne Hough. Kate and Kacey were also finalists on the CMT hit show “Can You Duet”. Their single and music video "Dreaming Love" debuted on National Country Radio Stations and CMT, GMC, and CMT Pure. They’ve released two albums: “Kate & Kacey” and “Crossroad.” The past couple years have found Kate and Kacey performing, writing, and back in the theater.
