RE: Y9 class changes

Dear Parents/Carers,

Thank you for your ongoing support this term. It has been fantastic to see pupils return to school keen to learn and engage positively in the classroom and around the Academy.

To continue this progress and improve the teaching and learning experience of all pupils, changes have been made to the class groupings across all subjects. This is data driven as we consider pupils’ current progress and wish to support and meet the needs of all pupils.

Changing the groups will allow us to plan intervention sessions that cater to pupils’ areas of development and ensure that every pupil can achieve greatness.

On return to the academy on Monday 19th April, pupils will be issued with their new timetable. Additionally, intervention sessions for key pupils will be on offer to support pupils in their learning and understanding.

Further information regarding intervention will be released later in the academic year.
