Pool Classes Aqua Aerobics – Low-impact cardio, resistance training and in the shallow end of the pool. Aqua Combo – A combination of shallow water, deep water, aqua sculpting and stretching. Aqua Sculpting – Resistance training, using aqua bells or just the resistance of the water in the therapy pool. CardioSculpt – A mix of low-impact cardio and resistance training in the shallow end of the pool. Deep Water Aerobics – Non-impact cardio and stretching in the deep end of the pool.

Floor Classes Basic Training – A back to basics workout that includes running, jumping jacks, lunges, squats and ab work. Barré Assets – A total-body conditioning technique using a combination of stretching, the ballet barré, tubing and additional equipment. Barré Fusion – An energetic fusion of barré, pilates and yoga to tone, stretch and sculpt your body. Beginner Yoga – The perfect class for people with little to no yoga experience or limited abilities. Body Recall – A chair-based class designed for individuals dealing with various health challenges (aging, stroke, injury, etc.) Body Sculpting – A full-body workout using a variety of equipment, dumbbells, medicine balls, weighted balls, BOSUs and tubing. Boot Camp – A high intensity cardiovascular workout (running, jumping jacks, lunges, squats and ab work included). Boot Camp Blast – 30-minute cardio and strength workout with plyometrics and core conditioning. CardioBarré – A fusion of cardio, barre and resistance training . Cardio Conditioning – A shorter (30-minute) class designed to increase cardio endurance by using a variety of techniques. Core Conditioning – A workout focused on the core (hips, abs, glutes and lower back). Core Fission – A high intensity shorter class (30-40 minutes) designed to build and enhance core strength, and endurance. Pilates – A low-impact workout focusing on the core to help improve balance, lower back strength and flexibility. Pilates Sculpt – Pilates with light weights, balls, rings, resistance tubing and deep body stretching. Indoor Cycling – Suitable for intermediate to advanced fitness levels. Classes run 45-60 minutes. Please arrive early for setup. Stretch – A gentle stretching class for all ages that improves flexibility and reduces stress. Tactical Training – A total-body cross training workout that works on balance and coordination.
