Vedoucí práce: RNDr. Jaroslav Ráček, Ph.D. Název práce: Open source ERP pro malé a střední firmy Zadání: Cílem práce je popsat problematiku a výhody používání ERP systémů, zaměřit se zejména na malé a střední firmy a možnosti využití současných open source řešení. Následně vybrat alespoň 5 v současnosti používaných open source ERP systémů, navrhnout kritéria pro jejich srovnání a následně tyto systémy vzájemně porovnat z pohledu použitelnosti v malých firmách. Zvolit jeden z posuzovaných systémů a připravit projektovou dokumentaci v konkrétní firmě. Součástí bude analýza procesů firmy, analýza rizik, WBS, časový plán, rozpočet, plán využívání zdrojů. V neposlednom rade by som chcel poďakovať celej svojej rodine za neustálu podporu. Zhrnutie Táto diplomová práca popisuje základné pojmy týkajúce sa ERP a open source. Zaoberá sa teóriou implementácie open source ERP v malých a stredných firmách. Porovnáva a hodnotí vybrané open source ERP. Praktickú časť predstavuje projekt konkrétnej implementácie spolu s projektovou dokumentáciou. Kľúčové slová proces, ERP, free softvér, open source, malé a stredné podniky, analýza, implementácia, BPMN, projektové riadenie Abstract This diploma thesis describes the basic concepts of ERP and open source. It deals with the theory of open source ERP implementation in small and medium businesses. It compares and evaluates selected open source ERP. It is an enterprise-wide information system designed to coordinate all the resources, information, and activities needed to complete business processes such as order fulfillment or billing.[1] History of SAP R/3 The first version of SAP's flagship enterprise software was a financial Accounting system named R/1 called as YSR. The tendency is to produce more, with as little cost as possible and be reactive to the continuously changing needs and requirements of internal as well as external customers. That is why flexibility, adaptability and cost cutting are main reasons that are pushing increasingly more companies to adopt Open Source Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. The main objectives of this research work are to investigate whether Open Source ERP systems can satisfy the needs of large organizations as well as Small to Medium Enterprises (SMEs). The thesis tries also to answer the question of whether Open Source ERP vendors offer adequate level of support to their clients. First, the background of the research work and the motivations behind it are laid out. Then, the aforementioned research hypotheses are presented. The concept of Open Source, its history and the advantages of Open Source ERP systems are presented. In order to verify the research hypotheses, a comprehensive review of the literature discussing the ERPs selection criteria of large organizations and SMEs is carried out. This review resulted in a set of dimensions that served to build the evaluation model. Another component of the evaluation is the “features” which were compiled by looking at the feature offering of the different ERP systems. This model served as a guiding principle when evaluating the chosen Open Source ERP systems.
