We hope you enjoy what others have shared and keep the cooking traditions alive in your own family. We believe in the importance of healthy, nutrient-rich foods, but also in balance and enjoying your favorite foods, especially when it comes to Holiday traditions. However, many of these recipes can be made healthier by substituting different ingredients or just reducing portion sizes. We have some substitution suggestions on the following page. Here’s a holiday tip from Naturally Slim’s president and lead instructor, Marcia Upson: “When attending holiday parties, don’t fill up on health foods before arriving at the party in hopes of avoiding holiday treats.
