ORDER Sri Bukka Venkatesham has filed 2nd appeal on 5-10-2020 which was received by this Commission on 5-10-2020 for not getting the information sought by him from the Public Information Officer/ O/o the Revenue Divisional Officer, , Gajwel Division, Siddipet District-502278 and the First Appellate Authority/ O/o the O/o the District Collector, Siddipet District, Siddipet-502103. The brief facts of this case as per the appeal and other records received along with it are that the appellant herein filed an application dated.08-07-2019 before the Public Information Officer requesting to furnish the information under Sec. 6(1) of the RTI Act, 2005 on the following points mentioned: TSIC The Public Information Officer did not furnish any information to the Appellant. Stating that he did not receive any information from the Public Information Officer, the appellant filed 1st appeal dated.29-08-2019 before the First Appellate Authority U/s. 19 (1) of the RTI Act, 2005 requesting him to furnish the information sought by him. As per records, the First Appellate Authority has not taken action to hear the appeal and to pass appropriate orders. Having not received any information from the Public Information Officer / the First Appellate Authority, he preferred this 2nd appeal before this Commission U/s. 19(3) of the RTI Act, 2005 requesting to arrange to furnish the information sought by him. The Appellant is present. Ms. Hemamalini/ Public Information Officer Divisional Administrative Officer, O/o the Revenue Divisional Officer, Gajwel Division, Siddipet District is present. The appellant stated that he did not receive information, but received part- information from the Public Information Officer vide Lr dt.21-01-2021. The Public Information Officer submitted that vide Endorsement No. A/RTI/1083/2019 dt.21-01-2021, she has furnished a reply. She further stated that for point numbers 1 & 2 information will be available with the office of the Joint Collector, Siddipet. For point number 3, the information sought is very huge, therefore, she permitted the appellant for inspection of records to furnish the required information. She further submitted that for point number 4, she has furnished a reply stating that the information is not available and for point no.5 information was furnished. The Commission directs the Public Information Officer to transfer the RTI Application to the Public Information Officer / office of the Joint Collector, Siddipet for reply on Point Nos. 1 & 2. For Point No.3, the Public Information Officer is directed to invite the appellant for personal inspection of records on 18-02-2021 to enable him to obtain the required information as sought in the 6(1) application, by giving an advance intimation to the appellant in writing and to report compliance to the Commission. For Point No.4 the Public Information Officer is directed to furnish appropriate reply to the appellant within (7) days from the date of receipt of this order through Registered Post with Acknowledgement Due under intimation to this Commission.
