Our funds from operations (“FFO”) increased from a strong 2012 by 10.9% to $8.85 per share. Since the great recession, the growth per share of FFO has totaled 76%. We increased our dividend for 2013 by 13.4% to a total of $4.65 per common share, an increase of 79% since the great recession, and with the recent increase in the first quarter of 2014 to $1.25 per share we are now on track to pay $5.00 per share this year. -
