After achieving 2nd place at the sprint at stage 6, on the exciting Mûr de Bretagne, Pierre Latour conquered the White Jersey, as best young rider, at stage 10, and keeps wearing it (below). -10 Bollé guests are enjoying the event along the stages, thanks to the VIP program offered by the team. -a Social Media contest has been organized in cooperation with AG2R LA MONDIALE, with SHIFTER as a prize. -a press release was launched about SHIFTER and team AG2R LA MONDIALE. -Tour de France is broadcasted live in 190 Countries, getting huge global coverage in news, online, and in print. Mountain biking Luca Cometti achieved a great result at Crankworx stage of Whistler Mountain:“Just heading home from Crankworx. Ended up with a podium in pumptrack which was awesome. I qualified 2nd so I really wanted that win but I’m still happy to get on the box nonetheless.” Golf Fantastic 3rd place finish (tied) for pro golfer Jens Dantorp in the Aberdeen Standard Investment Scottish Open, one of the top European Tour events. The mass start up on the glacier is just insane, riders are hitting speeds of over 80km/h: pure adrenaline. Previously he finished 6th at round 4 of the Enduro World Series split between Austria and Slovenia. After over 50 mins of racing and 90+ km over two days of racing this really is an incredible effort. At the same event, Florian Nicolaï walked away with a satisfying 8th place. Running Cébé athlete François D’Haene was 2nd at the Western States Endurance Run 100 miler, which he finished in 15 hours and 55 mins by the way. The ESPY Experience Competition Presented by Game Changers” (as described below the “Competition” is being marketed to school districts throughout the United States and their outstanding student athletes. The Competition will begin September 1, and will accept all community service hours and grades until June 1.
