Message from Director
We have many times failed to inform about the worst-case scenarios in the past, despite their known possible consequences on our globe and the human society in particular. We are reluctant to discuss the much-needed mitigation policies because they are miscellaneous and therefore huge. Further, the gap between the scientists and civil administration has built a dent in the existent wisdom and the magnificence of science. The gap is further amplified by the non- cooperation between the scientists, administration, civil society, and the ruling class, and therefore the current picture of the world has become vague. We should focus more on human and scientific integration rather than solving problems by limited science. The integration of sciences is the only solution for a healthier globe and therefore social development. I do believe in those who contemplate the majority of the humans as dead or waiting for their turn, who do not carry any purpose for their life. I do not take the words of Albert Einstein “I was born intelligent but education ruined my life” otherwise because we know that education and knowledge are different melodies. The Scientists, Scholars, Civil Servants, and the public should join hands in understanding any problem via scientific integration. The research produced by us is not impactful and therefore the demands for solutions are swelling. If our researcher is manipulated, we can’t dream for better work, where our future generations will lead. By the existing impact of our Research, we are strewing fatal seeds for our children rather than showing them the actual sense of education, science, and therefore wisdom. Our Schools, training centers, scientific Labs, and libraries have become artificial intellect rather than a visionary platform. The philosophers extended their vision to us and therefore their estimates can be only mitigated by vision via Integrations. During stirring equivocal discussions, one should not forget the words of Benjamin Franklin, “By failing to prepare, you are preparing to fail” nor should we forget Steven Cyros, “Remember when disaster strikes, the time to prepare has passed”. Our discussions should focus on the real science and the integration of humankind and therefore social development.

About Tehkeek International
The Tehkeek International believes in scientific Integration and the real sense of social development and, therefore, human welfare. Though Tehkeek International is the concept and describing it as a scientific institute may suffice its intentions. The Tehkeek International is founded as An Academic Education and Research Trust the founder describes the concept as the work of ~ ten years and, therefore, acutely calculated & long drafted methodology. From the overall vocal reviews of 2021 gained from the conversations with scientists/scholars/public administration across the globe, Tehkeek International seems a new concept across the world and Jammu & Kashmir in particular. Tehkeek International intends the social transformation via science, and therefore its methodology has been framed scientifically. Tehkeek international has introduced three offices, and a scientific Think Tank lab, in just a short time and intends to open 50 units across the globe in two years. The Tehkeek International trust/Community was sponsored by 18 research scholars from different fields. The board of directors says it took them only 15 days to convince the targeted scholars for donations, therefore believing in the honor of true science and philosophy in today’s world as real. The founder believes that the human brain can’t be a misleader by accepting the true nature of science, basic education, and therefore social service. Although scientific trusts are erratic, we believe that its exodus can’t produce the sense of actual service. Tehkeek International has a long drafted methodology ranging from basic science to deep machine learning, and confining down it here can’t suffice its goals. However, Tehkeek International has already started the research on various projects, including the Integration of Sciences and white villages. The white village project intends to reform the village/town via scientific and public dealing including the “Production of Biological species”, “Solid Waste Management”, “Guidance & Counseling”, “Better Research”, “Better Health”, “School Education Reform”, “Crisis, Calamities, Consequences, and Mitigation policies for future disasters”, etc. and has achieved a milestone by its mechanized methodology and scientific humor. Tehkeek International aims to stand firm by penetrating its roots at greater depths and therefore the rising of general masses together across the planetary earth.

Current Projects and Goals:
The Tehkeek International with intended collaborations is currently planned to work on the following projects: 1. Global Citizenship: The aim of the project is to build a bridge between continents via research, social welfare, meetings, collaborations, tours, etc. The project is intended to be taken by the collaborations between Tehkeek International in collaboration with the Scientists/Scholars/Individuals across the globe. The aim of the project is to reform a mindset of local citizenship and address the living as the citizen of earth. 2. Reform in School Education. The project entitled “Reform in School Education” is intended to work at the school level by visiting schools, giving advisory, and providing free counseling and funds to capable students. The interactions and advisories will be particular to the staff of the school and therefore assistance. The goal of the project is to deliver a framework based on education and scientific quality and therefore improvement. The project is intended to send the intellect professions to visit, talk, and advice based on the research produced by Tehkeek International itself. 3. Better Research. The project better research is taken by the collaboration of Tehkeek International and extended network. The collaborations are intended to be taken with acutely monitored researchers/institutions/etc. to sense genuine research, its importance, and the way forward. The project will be achieved by many means including project works, research guidance, scientific schooling, social and scientific research, scientific environment, etc. 4. The philosophy and doctorate. The project “The philosophy and doctorate” aims to aware of the difference between a doctorate degree and philosophy and is intended to yield philosophers from scientific communities. The project is jointly taken by Tehkeek International with extended collaborations and intends to organize the awareness workshops among research scholars/individuals under the theme “put the philosophy back into doctorate”. 5. Better Health. The project is intended to work at various levels with health professionals including, free counseling, medical camps, and health advisories, stress management, etc. However, Tehkeek

International firmly promotes Homeopathy/Ayurveda ahead of Allopathic drug systems. Tehkeek International has acutely framed the methodology to enhance the herbal sciences and medicinal herbs in particular on a diversified scale. The project is intended to collaborate with the farmers, landlords, institutions, scientists, researchers, chemical companies and chemists, etc. for better health. 6. Water and Future Crisis. The project is taken by Tehkeek International in friendship with universities, consultancies, and others across the globe. The first stage of the project is particularly working on the hydrology and future consequences for Jammu and Kashmir and Kashmir Himalaya in particular. The project is intended to incorporate the major contributors like global warming, surface and subsurface waters for evaluation, mitigation, and policymaking. 7. The digital Globe. The project “the digital globe” is a sister project of global citizenship to empower reforms in every sector by intellectual minds from computer sciences, remote sensing and GIS, Deep learning, and networking. The project is intended to be the collaborative research taken by Tehkeek International and desired extended networks across the globe. The project will empower the importance of computer sciences in making a better future for the citizens of the world and the Tehkeek community in particular. 8. Environment and Humans. The project intends to explore the opportunities to save the earth under the theme of “Save the earth”. The collaborative approach will include all the diversified institutions and work under the framework of various environmental issues including waste management, environmental pollutions and the role of humans, and Natural Disasters. 9. The physical and chemical coordination. The physical and chemical behavior of matter is believed to produce many findings by mixing physical and chemical laws. The project is expected to empower the importance of integrated methods of physical and chemical sciences by providing opportunities towards better scientific understanding and energy exploration. Future energy is always in the minds of policymakers and therefore consequences. The project is intended to produce a way forward for a better understanding of the future as well as the mechanics of the universe based on concepts like gravity, magnetism, and Nanotechnology.

10. Resistant Infrastructure: The project “Resistant Infrastructure” is taken by the collaboration of Tehkeek International and the desired extended network across the globe. The aim of the project is to build resistant infrastructure according to nature and not against nature. The project is intended to be coordinated by engineers and earth scientists to evaluate the consequences, risks, and therefore mitigation policies. The project in its first phase emphasizes seismologists, statisticians, geologists, geographers, and civil engineers for the risk-based design decisions and policies in Kashmir Valley. 11. Integration of Sciences. Integration of Sciences is a project started by the director of Tehkeek international aimed question based to demand the answer of why not integration from every science instead of a possible and convenient way. The long-term project will include all the possible methods from various scientific and engineering branches to produce a way for better research. The integration of scientific and engineering approaches will frame concentrated methodologies according to the nature of the study. The project will take collaborations from individuals, institutions, and civil societies and is expected to include diversified sections of students, scholars, scientists, and government servants. The “Integration of Sciences” project is not limited; therefore its methodologies will vary from time to time based on the framework produced by capable scientists across the globe. 12. Philosophy for All: Tehkeek International has initiated the project Philosophy for All or in other terms “Ph.D. FOR ALL (PFA)”. The goal of the project is to provide hope for eligible aspirants, and therefore, the dream about their doctoral degrees irrespective of any age or specializations. The trust has framed the convenient methodology for guidance and counseling, advisory, and meaningful assistance based on the fellow’s degree. The methods are being framed to evaluate the legal registrations of institutions that endorse education via “part-time” approaches like Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) and others, and therefore the appropriate guidance and counseling. We agree that hundreds of thousands dream about their doctoral degrees; however, their wishes have fallen due to their financial/family background or lack of advisory. The Tehkeek international believes that the degree is not the only eligibility to become a philosopher, therefore human capability plays equally. The board of directors in consultation with the

Some Insights about Tehkeek International
Course for middle stage school students Course name: Basics of Cosmology Goals: The project aims to provide a broader vision and research ethics to middle-stage level students. The aim is to combine the students admitted in Fourth, Fifth, or Sixth school level classes in the scientific environment and teach them the basics of Cosmology. The goal is to work on the age that can grasp intellectual knowledge due to their growing skills. The course duration is two months and three sessions in one week, both theory and practical sessions including

The aim is to make these young buds aware of the nature of actual science and, therefore, developments and also to convince them for scientific studies and opportunities for them in science and hence their need. Course Location Chundina Ganderbal- Jammu and Kashmir Location PIN 191131 Selection Process The students will be interviewed and on spot admissions will be given to the applicants. However, the students recommended by the schools will be given first preference. Course Eligibility Students admitted in 4th, 5th or 6th grades are eligible; any recommendations for lower grade student/s will be evaluated in consultation with the coordinator of the course. Course Fee The students will have to pay 1000 rupees per month, however, the capable students, having financial havoc and recommended by the Civil society, Schools, or Social welfare organizations will be properly evaluated before any decisions, and if so, the trust will be paying their dues to maintain the earning of capable and intellect consultants.

Time period: The training will be given for five days or 10 hours. However the timings, length of lectures and field visit/Ground truth will be framed in consultation with the applicants.
Eligibility: Bachelors or above/ Diploma in any field
Mode of Training program: The training will be both offline and online and the applicants will be given the choice to opt the mode of training. The applicants will be also given the choice to opt for field visit; however, the applicants who will choose to go for one day field visit will be charged 100 rupees extra for the same.

It is to request all the citizens who have a specialization in biological sciences to apply for the same and be a part of social welfare and development. Village adoption and Implementation of white village framework
With privileged esteems and admirations, I want to bring into your notice that your village has been recommended for the Guidance and counseling program via education and research and therefore white village implementation. The board of directors in consultation with the Senate board has approved the recommendations and has nominated Dr. Jasir Mushtaq Kaloo as coordinator for your village. The subject is experimental based with integrated scientific approaches and is recommended for few villages at the initial stages in India and Jammu and Kashmir in particular.
Some of the client features of the project are: Guidance and counseling for academic education and research Green environment and Solid waste management Production of native species including fishes and herbal plants Guidance and Counseling for road management and electrical maintenance Guidance and counseling for one or two schools for scientific teaching development Guidance and counseling for self-village resilience and financial stability Note the above mentioned clients are limited and will vary from time to time. However, the goal will remain attached to the main theme of white villages

15 days in Mountains
The Tehkeek international is intended to organize the 15-day tour to Harmukh Mountains, Kashmir Himalaya-India. The tour will include the scientific environment and shifting eco- infrastructure and will be joined by the research scholars of relevant specializations. The tour will include 40 people from worldwide and will empower the Scientists/Individuals by scientific tourism methods.
