Lacquement, J2, SOUTHCOM, visited Gauntanamo Bay this week. The pair met with JTF-GTMO Commander, Brig. Gen. Jay Hood, Steve Rodriguez, Director, Joint Intelligence group, and other members of the JTF senior staff and intelligence community, to discuss the intelligence mission here and to visit the newly com- pleted JTF Intelligence and Operations Facility. Lacquement oversees the intelligence mission of SOUTH- COM, of which, JTF-GTMO is a major contributor.     BIOGRAPHIE Par ROLAND ROTH ICCGE (Interclubs Country du Grand Est) TOBY KEITH SA VIE / SA CARRIÈRE TOBY KEITH est né le 8 juillet 1961 à Clinton en Oklahoma, et a grandi à Moore, une banlieue d’Oklahoma City. Il est le fils de Carolyn Joan et de Hubert K. Covel Jr. et a une sœur Tonni et un frère Tracy. Il a deux passions dans la vie : le sport et la musique. A 5 ans, il jouait déjà au football, et à 8 ans, il commençait à jouer de la guitare dans le club de sa grand-mère. Dans la High School de Moore, il jouait également dans l’équipe de football. Pendant ses études secondaires, il travailla dans des gisements de pétrole de l’Oklahoma et devint Manager d’opérations. 1 A l’âge de 20 ans, il créa le groupe Easy Money et joua dans des Honky Tonks locaux les week-end, tout en continuant de travailler dans le pétrole. L’industrie du pétrole en Oklahoma connu un rapide déclin et Toby se dirigea à nouveau vers le football et joua comme défenseur arrière dans l’équipe semi professionnelle des Oklahoma City Drillers, tout en continuant de se produire avec son groupe. Il tenta aussi de jouer dans l’équipe des Oklahoma Outlaws.. Après 3 ans chez les Drillers, Keith décida de jouer de la musique à plein temps avec son Band Easy Money en 1984. Il commença à parcourir l’Oklahoma et le Texas. Son Band sortit un single « Blue Moon » qui , passa dans les stations de radio locales en Oklahoma.
