STUDENTS UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE: IIBT is an adult learning environment and students under the age of 18 must be aware of the different academic and social expectations required at this level. Students under 18 years of age are provided with a 24-hour emergency contact telephone number and IIBT staff are in regular contact with them to check on their well-being.

24 HOUR CONTACT: All students are given 24-hour emergency contact information at their orientation so they can contact IIBT staff at any time if necessary.

HEALTH FACILITIES: At IIBT, we have a fully trained First Aid Officer on campus at all times to assist in the event of an emergency. There are several medical centres close to the IIBT campus that provide bulk billing directly to the student’s health care fund.

ACADEMIC SUPPORT: IIBT is committed to creating a supportive learning environment and our friendly teaching staff are committed to your success. If you have queries about your academic or course progress, first ask your lecturer or trainer or contact the Student Services Officers.
