Fans Show Overwhelming Response to Rapper “Solo Dolo” Release on

On January 30, 2012 Dizzy Wright, the newest member to join the Funk Volume family released a video for the first song off his forthcoming “SmokeOut Conversations” debut album. The song which is titled “Solo Dolo” has received an overwhelming response from the young hip-hop lyricist fans.

In just nine days the video has received over 130,000+ views collectively from the combined websites in which the video is currently featured on. The main website YouTube; currently has more than 125,000 views. Other sites that have featured the Las Vegas raised rapper include: www.hotnewhiphop.com, www.xxlmag.com, www.hiphopdx.com, www.fatboyradionyc.com and www.thisishiphopmusic.com.

It comes as no surprise that Dizzy Wright is finally starting to get the recognition he deserves since he has been in the game since he was 10 years old and he is now 21. He started out as a youth reporter for a local youth entertainment paper known as “Just for Kids” interviewing major celebrities. After a few years of doing that he began recording songs with his younger brother. When he was in high school he branched out on his own and began making songs on his own. His accomplishments are many, his story is long, he is definitely not an overnight success. Dizzy Wright has been grinding for a very, very long time. He has been working hard and he has been extremely dedicated and motivated.

In late 2011 he had been spending some time in with , SwizZz and DJ Hoppa, then in November 2011, the announcement came that he had signed with Funk Volume and they immediately began making moves. First there were shows in the Midwest. Then Dizzy shared a very private moment of his life with his fans on Facebook and Twitter. He announced that he had met his dad for the very first time in his life while on a tour date in Detroit, Michigan. He received an outpouring of support from his fans. He came back to Vegas and wrote “Solo Dolo” a song that was partially inspired by his meeting with his dad as he realized that they shared a lot of things in common. Fans of Dizzy who are familiar with his music know that he has always said that he has “trust issues” so they should be able to really relate to the lyrics in this song when he say’s “I can’t trust’em so I’m ridin’ Solo Dolo.” New fans should know that this is “Reality Music” at its finest, that is what Dizzy Wright is all about, the truth, that’s it and that’s all and if you can’t handle the truth you better turn his sh** off. Dizzy Wright’s new mixtape “SmokeOut Conversations” is due to be released in early March 2012. Although Funk Volume has just confirmed that because of the overwhelming response to him right now, and the extremely high anticipation that is being given; this will be Dizzy Wright’s debut album on Funk Volume.
