2008 Annual Report Mrs Auvita Rapilla Deputy Secretary General 2008 Secretariat Report 2008 was another year of great success raising the benchmark in our fundraising efforts and our athletes proving their worth with excellent performance at the Olympic Games. For the first time we entered a team in the Commonwealth Youth Games, which enabled us to gauge the performance of our up and coming athletes, some of which will be targeted for the Commonwealth Games in New Delhi, India and the Olympic Youth Games both in 2010, and the London 2012 Olympic Games.
