INTRODUCTION:

Sheikh Mukhtar Ahmed’s sons brought revolution in the construction industry of Pakistan by introduc- ing precast materials in 1960s. Since then, this family has accumulated more than a half century of experience in planning, designing and construction of various projects throughout Pakistan. There are two companies under the umbrella of Mukhtar Sons Group.

Mukhtar Sons Construction (Pvt.) Ltd aims to provide best quality construction services to its valued clients, within time and within budget. Whether it is industrial, commercial, institutional or residential construction, we are fully capable to deliver the complete project with utmost Client satisfaction. With the team of qualified and experienced Engineers we make sure to deliver our best quality services and build a strong trustworthy relation with our Clients.

Mukhtar Sons Concrete is one of the offshoots of the family business under the leadership of Mr. M. Majeed Amjad Mukhtar (grandson of Sheikh Mukhtar Ahmed). It manufactures quality Precast Concrete Products in Pakistan through its manufacturing facility at Lodhran. Precast Concrete girder slab roofing system and boundary wall system is manufactured in controlled environment to achieve high strength concrete results which are pre requisite for precast members.

Our History:

The owners of this group belongs to the family who are in concrete business since 1960’s. Their forefathers were the pioneers of precast roofing systems in Pakistan. Since then they are doing construction and precast concrete business and are well reputed in the business community. The values of honesty, hard work and humbleness trickles down in our organization to the lowest tier of management and draws clear line between right and wrong. Having Civil Engineering background, the lesson of quality, truthfulness and professionalism is dictated to all the team members of the company by its top management and Alhamdulillah it is being practiced throughout the Group.

With strong technical knowledge of Civil Engineering our engineers at site are well aware of the importance of quality of materials and workmanship at site. Our Project Controls Engi- neers controls the cost of the project and make sure that it is completed within the given time period. Re- source planning and scheduling is done with modern planning software Primavera P3 & P6 to ensure the projects profitability and utmost Client’s satisfaction.

M. MAJEED AMJAD MUKHTAR (CHAIRMAN)

Mr. Muhammad Majeed Amjad Mukhtar is the Chairman of M/s Mukhtar Sons Construction (Pvt.) Ltd and M/s Mukhtar Sons Concrete having vast and diversified experience in the Construction and Precast concrete industries. Having more than 30 years of experience in business, M. M Amjad Mukhtar is actively involved in the technical and financial decisions of the Group.

Having qualification in Business Administration M.M. Amjad Mukhtar has been working with his father Iqtedar Ahmad from an early age and took charge of all the financial matters of the group. With his untiring efforts and hardwork, he diversified his business from a small company into a leading Precast concrete and construction organization. He travelled across the world to attend exhibitions and seminars, and added new tech- nologies and expertise into the business.

He remained the Director of M/s Izhar (Pvt.) Ltd / Banu mukhtar contracting and CEO of Izhar Concrete Products (Pvt.) Ltd / Banu mukhtar concrete until the split in the business in early 2014. His vision is to make Mukhtar Sons a “World Class Organization” working both locally and internationally.
