Motsegna er retta mot det planlagde sjødeponiet i Førdefjorden. Fylkesmannen gjennomførde mekling 15.mars 2011. Meklinga førde ikkje fram, og saka vert såleis sendt over til Miljøverndepartementet for endeleg avgjerd. Vedlagt følgjer saka i samsvar med § 5-6 i plan- og bygningslova og rundskriv T- 2/09 (jf også rundskriv T-5/95 som er følgt så langt det passar). Kommunane har motteke klage frå Kyllingstad Kleveland Advokatfirma DA på reguleringsplanvedtaka. Klaga vert oversendt til Miljøverndepartementet utan kommentarar frå Fylkesmannen. Dokumenta er også tilgjengelege på kommunane sine heimesider (Postliste – Søk etter sak – saksnr. 09/126 i Naustdal og saksnr.07/624 i Askvoll).
