At 00:25hrs on Wednesday 11th December 2019, an attempted theft from HGV occurred in Willenhall near Walsall, when curtains were slashed – Police Officers and National Police Air Service (NPAS) responded and two men were tracked and located hiding in a nearby building

A vehicle was stopped and found to contain suspected stolen goods from HGV parked at the Service Area

Police arrested the two occupants & enquiries are currently on going

West Midlands Police found the stolen trailer following a tracker activation in Wednesbury

A 38-year-old man from the Birmingham area was arrested & enquiries are on going

Between Thursday 12th December 2019 and Sunday 15th December 2019, a semi-trailer loaded with Heating / Plumbing products was stolen from the Poplars 2000 Truckstop, Lymm, Warrington Thieves hitched up the un-attended Semi-Trailer and made good escape

OF NOTE – A second trailer containing cosmetics was also stolen nearby on Monday 16th December
