1 AN ACT concerning the uniform controlled substances act; relating to 2 substances included in schedules I, II and V; amending K.S.A. 2016 3 Supp. 65-4105, 65-4107 and 65-4113 and repealing the existing 4 sections. 5 6 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Kansas: 7 Section 1. K.S.A. 2016 Supp. 65-4105 is hereby amended to read as 8 follows: 65-4105. 1 Any compound containing a 3-tetramethylcyclopropanoylindole 2 structure with substitution at the nitrogen atom of the indole ring by 3 an alkyl, haloalkyl, cyanoalkyl, alkenyl, cycloalkylmethyl, 4 cycloalkylethyl, benzyl, 1-(N-methyl-2-piperidinyl)methyl, 2-(4- 5 morpholinyl)ethyl, 1-(N-methyl-2-pyrrolidinyl)methyl, 1-(N-methyl- 6 3-morpholinyl)methyl, or tetrahydropyranylmethyl group, whether or 7 not further substituted in the indole ring to any extent and whether or 8 not substituted in the benzyl or tetramethylcyclopropyl rings to any 9 extent. 10 (12) Indole-3-carboxylate esters 11 Any compound containing a 1H-indole-3-carboxylate ester structure 12 with the ester oxygen bearing a naphthyl, quinolinyl, isoquinolinyl or 13 adamantyl group and substitution at the 1 position of the indole ring 14 by an alkyl, haloalkyl, alkenyl, cycloalkylmethyl, cycloalkylethyl, 15 benzyl, N-methyl-2-piperidinylmethyl or 2-(4-morpholinyl)ethyl 16 group, whether or not further substituted on the indole ring to any 17 extent and whether or not substituted on the naphthyl, quinolinyl, 18 isoquinolinyl, adamantyl or benzyl groups to any extent. 19 (13) Indazole-3-carboxamides 20 Any compound containing a 1H-indazole-3-carboxamide structure 21 with substitution at the nitrogen of the carboxamide by a naphthyl, 22 quinolinyl,isoquinolinyl, adamantyl, 1-amino-1-oxoalkan-2-yl or 1- 23 alkoxy-1-oxoalkan-2-yl group and substitution at the 1 position of 24 the indazole ring by an alkyl, haloalkyl, alkenyl, cycloalkylmethyl, 25 cycloalkylethyl, benzyl, N-methyl-2-piperidinylmethyl, or 2-(4- 26 morpholinyl)ethyl group, whether or not further substituted on the 27 indazole ring to any extent and whether or not substituted on the 28 naphthyl, quinolinyl,isoquinolinyl, adamantyl, 1-amino-1-oxoalkan- 29 2-yl, 1-alkoxy-1-oxoalkan-2-yl or benzyl groups to any extent. 30 (14) (1H-indazol-3-yl)methanones 31 Any compound containing a (1H-indazol-3-yl)methanone structure 32 with the carbonyl carbon bearing a naphthyl group and substitution at 33 the 1 position of the indazole ring by an alkyl, haloalkyl, alkenyl, 34 cycloalkylmethyl, cycloalkylethyl, benzyl, N-methyl-2- 35 piperidinylmethyl, or 2-(4-morpholinyl)ethyl group, whether or not 36 further substituted on the indazole ring to any extent and whether or 37 not substituted on the naphthyl or benzyl groups to any extent. 38 Sec. 2.
