East Cobb General Election Results On Tuesday, November 2, East Cobb residents, along with the rest of Georgian citizens, participated in general elections to vote for Republican, Democratic and Liberatarian candidates for a variety of public offices. In Cobb County, 214,422 or 55.83% out of a total of 384,031 registered voters exercised their right to vote.
