The topics covered in this document are:

1. Suite rules 2. Access to the building and the suite 3. Garbage disposal 4. The sofa-bed and Futton 5. Internet and TV 6. Utilities: water, electricity. 7. Transportation 8. Health / Safety 9. Places around CASA SAUTO. 10. Check-out process 11. Cleaning & Appliances 1. House rules

Everything in the apartment is there to be used (furniture, kitchenware, linens, appliances, books, etc.); we just ask for respect and an adequate utilization of each item. D. There are OTHER suites in the building; please treat everyone with respect. We strongly suggest to keep it low key while in the building. E. Keep the noise to the minimum, specially in public/common areas, and certainly at night. F. Please turn off all the lights, water taps and appliances every time you leave the suite. G. Make sure the door is locked every time you leave the suite. H. Please respect the objects and the building that represents part of the history of México. 2. Access to the building and the suite.

To access the building at CASA SAUTO you need a remote control key. The remote control key and the pin number will be give at your arrival. To get to the suite once you enter the building there's a stair to go to the first floor. To open the middle door insert your pin number # and check to close it after you enter. In your suite door, you can push to light the buttons then insert your pin number to open the door. To lock the door just push

IMPORTANT When you leave the suite or the building, it is possible to leave the lock open and therefore accessible to anyone. Please make sure you lock the doors every time you leave. In case you receive a visit, ask the visitor to call/text you to get access to the building. 3. Garbage disposal

There is one trash bin in the suite. To dispose the garbage, please take it –contained in CLOSED PLASTIC BAGS– and leave it the garbage disposal that is located in the first patio of the floor. 4. The sofa-bed and Futton

If your suite has 1 single sofa-bed, is for one person. The linens are located in the bedroom closet, in a zippered storage bag along with a pillow. The bed accessories include a set of sheets and a blanket. The operation of the sofa-bed is simple. Just unbutton and remove the cushions attached and it’s ready to use. The Futton

If your suite has 1 single Futton, is for one person. The linens are located in the bedroom closet, in a zippered storage bag along with a pillow. The bed accessories include a set of sheets and a blanket. You just have to pull it away from the wall by pulling the backrest and turn it back. 5. Internet and TV

The internet and TV is provided by DISH. It includes Wifi high-speed internet and 60 TV channels. The Wifi network and password are: Network: CASA SAUTO Password:Tacuba92

To watch TV you need to use both of the remote controls: The TV remote that operates the TV and NETFLIX. To turn on/off press the power button, to turn on NETFLIX press de NETFLIX button. Once the TV is on, turn on the cable service (DISH small remote control) by pressing the power button. You can also move the volume of the TV with both remotes. Please turn off both the TV and the cable decoder whenever you’re not using them. In case cable TV is not working, make sure the input of the TV is in the DISH source. The input/source is changed with the top-right button of the TV remote. 6. Utilities: water, electricity.

You will find the suite with: • 110-volt electricity (watch out if you come from Europe or any other country where 220-volt supply is used), each suite has one contact for European use but it works at 110-volts. In Mexico we use A-B contacts. • Running water. Being a Historic Building and trying to maintain the originality of the building each suite has a electric water boiler that gives you about 10 minutes of hot running water and then it takes about 10 more to recharge. • Remember that the water from the sink is not drinkable 7. Parking and transportation

CASA SAUTO is greatly located in the heart of Mexico City, right next to many attractions, restaurants, night life, etc. In case you have a car, there is a parking lot across de street.

Other means of transportation include: • Metro (subway, underground). The nearest station is Metro Allende and Metro Zocalo, which is a few blocks away, no more than 5 minutes walk. Each ride is $5 pesos (≈$0.25 USD). • Camiones and peseros/micros (buses and collective mini-buses). They run through various avenues and streets. Their stations, schedules and prices are quite chaotic, not so easy to find on the internet or elsewhere. Asking some of the users is the best alternative to get to know the routes! • Taxis. Mexico city has two types of taxis, those associated to a taxi stand (or sitio) and the taxis that circulate freely through the city. We strongly recommend the former since the latter are known for insecure. • Uber/Cabify. App based transportation is available in Mexico city. Your international Uber account should work. • Bicycle. The Ecobicis and Mobike are the public bicycle system of Mexico City. The former used to work only by yearly subscription, but now you can enroll on a daily basis with a credit card in some stations. Needless to say that you must be extremely careful riding a bicycle in Mexico City, where many (most?) of the traffic rules are simply not obeyed. • Walking. Casa Sauto is very well located to walk to many attractive places: museums, restaurants, all kind of services, etc. Same thing applies as with the bicycles: cars will not necessarily respect you! So take special care when crossing streets, etc. 8. Health / Safety
