As we leave community-based history and culture to the next generation, we will achieve a "community where we can live together with the environment while continuing work" as the goal of our corporate activities. We must remember the vast range of wisdom, ideas and technological capabilities, which we have cultivated for a long time based on traditions we've held. In the spirit of "inheritance" and "creation," we continue to work hard and keep trying to shape a better history for our company and community. Our expertise, experience, and passion for making the towns ide al for the concerned parties are the strengths of the real estate solution business of our c ompany. WATERRAS, as a landmark of the town, has been full of life and energy ever since. 8 9 Redevelopment and Town Development Business 神田淡路町Kanda-awajicho Kanda-awajicho is located in northern Chiyoda-ku. Kanda-awajicho and its surroundings used to flourish as an essential town for city transportation when Manseibashi station existed. The town, however, gradually lost its vigor due to a decrease in population. To restore what made this town attractive, we planned the town’s development with those who have continuously loved this area. The development of WATERRAS and Sola City brought in a lot of offices, residences, retail facilities and community facilities, giving the impression that the town is highly modernized. Now, Kanda-awajicho has been transformed into WATERRAS, the new symbol of the town an attractive place for office workers, residents and even people coming from other towns. WATERRAS is a “water” and “green” themed, large-scale redevelopment project, located in the abundant nature, history and culture of Kanda-awajicho. It has two buildings : WATERRAS TOWER, the height of which is 165 meters and WATERRAS ANNEX, composed of commercial facilities and student rental residences, gardens and parks. Seasonal flowers and trees surround the two buildings in approximately 22,000 square meters of land; a pedestrian access from the nearest station prevents people from getting wet in the rain. People have been living, coming and going around WATERRAS and creating a new active community. This is a new chapter in the history of the town. WATERRAS Completion: 2013 Use: Office, retail, residence, community facility, student residences Number of stories: 41F/ B3F (TOWER) 15F/B2F (ANNEX) Floor area: 128,436.87 ㎡ Ochanomizu Sola City, a building complex aiming for harmony with the town Ochanomizu Sola City is composed of offices, educational facilities, conference centers, retails and exhibition facilities. Our goal is to make Sola City become the new business and community base for visitors and local residents. There are large green open spaces and basement space which is directly linked to the Tokyo metro Shin-ochanomizu station. There is also a bridge organically intertwined to WATTERRAS adjacent to Sola City. This environment contributes to a new, revitalized local activeness with easy access to get around town.
