Auxiliary Organization Event Center Revenue Bonds, Senior Series 2002 and the California State University, Fresno Association, Inc. Auxiliary Organization Event Center Subordinate Revenue Bonds, Subordinate Series 2002 will be issued pursuant to an Indenture dated as of January 15, 2002 by and between the California State University, Fresno Association, Inc., a California nonprofit public benefit corporation, and U.S. Bank, N.A., as trustee.
