Dea rill1III/: Few people in American political life have been privileged to know the great sense of achievement we were able to share as participants in the Republican National Convention. What was accomplished in those few days reenforced our common devotion to the principles of our Party, set a positive course for the campaign, and reached out to citizens across the land to help form what I have termed "a new majority. " For these successes we are all deeply grateful, and I want to express my own heartfelt thanks to you for your special contributions as a Delegate to the 1972 Convention.
