TERMS & CONDITIONS:

(1) Tender fee & EMD have to be submitted along with all supporting/ qualifying documents, if not found offer will be out rightly rejected. The undersigned reserves the right to reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason thereof.

(2) EARNEST MONEY DEPOSIT– Tenderer should made payment of 1% amount of the estimated cost as EMD by Demand Draft - payable at Bank of Baroda, Dhuvaran only and drawn in favors of GUJARAT STATE ELECTRICITY CORPORATION LTD, Dhuvaran

(3) Please mention Cash receipt / D. D. - number on top of the tender cover. Please submit D.D. in separate envelops in main tender cover. WITHOUT PAYAMENT OF E.M.D. your tender liable to be rejected. SSI / NSIC certificate should be get re-validated within three years, even if it is issued permanently.

(4) The validity period for acceptance of tender will be 120 days from the date of opening of bids.

(5) Bidder shall have to produce the, P.F. Account Number, and Fresh Solvency certificate, from Nationalized Bank, for 20% value of estimated cost for the Works Tender.

(6) Conditional tender will not be accepted.

(7) Tender will be accepted BY R.P.A.D. / Speed Post Only.

(8) It is necessary to specify the name of Tender & Tender No. on closed cover while bidding the tender.

(9) Tender may be open in the presence of tenderer who wish to remain present at the time of opening.

(10) TECH-BID; PRICE-BID & E.M.D. should be submitted in separate envelope in one sealed cover.
