From there we take Highway 152 over the Pacheco Pass, passing by the San Luis Reservoir to Interstate 5, and then north past Santa Nella to the City of Patterson. Lambert, was born in Kirkland, Washington. George and his wife Mary met while attending classes at San Jose State University where George was a Public Administration graduate student and Mary was studying Parks and Recreation Administration. They were married in July, 1971 in San Mateo. George began his public management career when he went to work for the Personnel Executive Assistant Alma Varela of the Lakewood Department of the County of Fresno in 1971. Parker began his public management career in 1982 as an Administrative Intern in West Covina. In 1983 Jeff was appointed to an Administrative Analyst post in San Diego County's Poway. Jeff's next assignment started in 1986 when he was hired to serve as Senior Management Assistant in San Juan Capistrano. Jeff was Former City Administrator and Founder of Wolf & promoted the Assistant to the City Manager in Company, Wesley Wolf; Jennifer Quan, Executive Director of the Los Angeles County Division of the San Juan Capistrano in 1989. He ventured League of California Cities; and Willdan Senior Vice north in 1991 when he was selected to be the President Frank G. Tripepi, a retired City Manager.
