Watts Road, Studley. Mirror from wing mirror stolen from Ford Transit Van. Between 5pm 4th & 10am 5th September. 0128 05/09/2018 • *Vehicle Crime. Toms Town Lane, Studley. Hole cut in the door of Mercedes Sprinter works van. Nothing stolen. Between 7pm 4th & 8.30am 5th September. 0083 05/09/2018 • *Anti-Social Behaviour / Damage. Pool Road, Studley. Report of a group of people in the car park causing a nuisance. Bangs and glass smashing heard. Windscreen smashed, and bonnet damaged on car. 12.45am Wednesday 5th September. 0006 05/09/2018 • *Theft. Birmingham Road, Studley. Items taken from the rear of industrial units. Two men in a white van responsible. The last three letters of the registration number were ‘YXS’. 6.15pm Tuesday 4th September. 0347 04/09/2018 • *Damage. Alcester Road, Studley. Rear screen on car smashed. Overnight 3rd & 4th September. 0055 04/09/2018 WOOTTON WAWEN • *Vehicle Crime. Bearley Cross, Wootton Wawen. Window of car smashed with a large ball bearing. 11.20am Thursday 6th September. 0139 06/09/2018 HENLEY • *Damage. Birmingham Road, Henley. Hole cut into the roof of a works van, probably with the intention of trying to steal any tools inside. The van was empty, and nothing was stolen. Evening of Wednesday 5th September. 0112 07/09/2018 • *Vehicle Crime – Theft from. Warwick Road, Henley. Rear door of works van forced open and tools stolen from inside. Between 6.30pm 5th & 10am 6th September. 0219 06/09/2018 • *Burglary Residential. Brook End Drive, Henley. Patio doors have been forced open and entry gained to house. An untidy search made, and items stolen including jewellery, passport and bank cards. Between 7.45am and 5pm Monday 3rd September. 0328 03/09/2018 • *Suspicious Circumstances. Edge Lane, Henley. A white vehicle seen parked in the Lane with possibly two persons on-board. Caller concerned that they were up to no good. 3.14pm Monday 3rd September. 0269 03/09/2018 EARLSWOOD • *Suspicious Circumstances. Earlswood Common. Man, in a Silver Car derived van sized vehicle seen acting suspiciously in the area. Male described as being in his 30/40’s, tanned, brown stubble, wearing a green top and cap. 10.50am Sunday 9th September. 0154 09/09/2018 WARWICKSHIRE POLICE – ALCESTER NORTH & SOUTH SAFER NEIGHBOURHOOD TEAMS WARWICKSHIRE POLICE – ALCESTER NORTH & SOUTH SAFER NEIGHBOURHOOD TEAMS CLAVERDON • *Suspicious Circumstances. Kington Lane, Claverdon. Small black car, possibly a Corsa seen acting suspiciously in the Lane. The occupants seemed to be looking down a track towards housing. No offences disclosed. 6.25pm Saturday 1st September. 0330 01/09/2018 HOCKLEY HEATH • *Vehicle Crime – Theft from X 2. Hotel Car Park, Stratford Road, Hockley Heath. Dash cam and Tom Tom stolen from one of the vans. Overnight 4th & 5th September. 0054 05/09/2018 Arden Community Forum - The Arden Community Forum (formerly known as the Henley and Studley Community Forum) meets 3/4 times a year in venues across the area which covers the wards Henley in Arden, Studley with Mappleborough Green, Studley with Sambourne, Tanworth in Arden, Wootton Wawen. Parish Cllr Paul Beaman is the current Chair. Ayub Khan is the County Council’s senior officer representation. Jo Staniforth supports this forum on behalf of Stratford Area Team. Jeff Morris is the Team Leader from County Highways for the Stratford District Area. An informal drop-in surgery is always held for the half hour before the forum where you can speak to officers from your local Safer Neighbourhood Team, Councillors and Officers from Warwickshire County and Stratford-on-Avon District Councils to raise specific concerns or problems. Additionally, representatives from Warwickshire Police and WCAVA (Warwickshire Community And Voluntary Action) regularly attend forums, keeping it updated with all current developments. Everyone is welcome to come along and it is your chance to find out what is really going on in your community. If you are unable to attend a forum but would like to raise a local issue, or if you want more information, please contact Jo Staniforth at either jostaniforth@warwickshire.gov.uk or on 07880 178025. You can also raise issues directly with the Safer Neighbourhood Team. A date for the next forum is yet to be confirmed. Wallet containing bank cards stolen from rucksack that was on the inside of a window ledge. Hotel car park, Kings Coughton. Rear number plate of Toyota Hilux stolen. Between 5th & 6th September. 0125 06/009/2018 BIDFORD • *Theft. Salford Road, Bidford. Building compound broken into and items stolen, including four front doors and four back doors. Between 5th & 7th September. 0397 07/09/2018 • *Suspicious Circumstances. Falcon Crescent, Bidford. Male seen in rear garden of house. Area search made by police – no trace. No offences disclosed at the time. Man described as white, 20’s, light curly hair, scruffy, wearing grey joggers and a grey/green top. 10.15pm Wednesday 5th September. 0457 05/09/2018 • *Anti-Social Behaviour. Westholme Court, Bidford. Several youngsters seen swinging scooters around. Caller concerned that they may damage cars in the area. 7.05pm Tuesday 4th September. 0372 04/09/2018 • *Anti-Social Behaviour. Jubilee Close, Bidford. Group of boys and girls in the close building a den out of foam and wood. Caller concerned as this was all left causing a mess on the grassed area. Daytime Monday 3rd September. 0419 03/09/2018 • *Anti-Social Behaviour. Westholme Court, Bidford. Several youngsters seen swinging scooters around. Caller concerned that they may damage cars in the area. 9.30pm Monday 3rd September. 0405 03/09/2018 • *Burglary Business. Restaurant, High Street, Bidford. Back door of premises forced open and entry gained. Cash stolen from the Till. Found and reported on the afternoon of Sunday 2nd September. 0293 02/09/2018 BROOM • *Vehicle Crime – Theft of. Albion Terrace, Broom. Secure Red Lifan J 125cc motorcycle stolen. Overnight 2nd & 3rd September. 0043 03/09/2018 BEVINGTON • *Poaching. Fields in Bevington. One vehicle seen in field, shining lights across the area. 9.40pm Tuesday 4th September. 0436 04/09/2018 • *Poaching. Fields in Bevington. Between 4th & 5th September. 0137 05/09/2018 WILMCOTE • *Suspicious Circumstances / Fly Tipping. Farm premises, off Featherbed Lane, Wilmcote. Access also from Bishopton. Rubbish in black bags including flesh and bone being dumped in the lane.
