GURUPURNIMA MESSAGE 2016 Sri Alakhpuriji Bhagwan ki Jay Sri Deveshwar Mahadeva ki Jay Sri Deep Narayan Mahaprabhuji Bhagwan ki Jay Sri Swami Madhavanandaji Sadgurudeva ki Jay Sat Sanatan Dharma ki Jay Blessed Selves, dear Bhaktas, On the auspicious occasion of holy Gurupurnima I am sending you the Blessing of OM Sri Alakhpuriji Siddha Peeth Parampara. As you all know, Gurupurnima is very significant and very important for the spiritual development and realisation. Gurupurnima is the day of enlightenment, when the light of the sun touched the earth for the very first time; and it is the day of the incarnation of Bhagwan Ved Vyasa who wrote down the Vedas. We celebrate Gurupurnima in his honour and in honour of his successors, all divine masters and our master lineage, OM Sri Alakhpuriji Siddha Peeth Parampara that the spiritual seekers and devotees, by the blessing of their master get the Light of Knowledge for enlightenment. Dear spiritual seekers and Sadhakas, on Gurupurnima the disciples offer the fruits of their Sadhana to the master to get his blessing and make a new Sankalpa for their spiritual development. No matter through which path or denomination you go, on this Gurupurnima day I pray to the Almighty God Shiva, the master of the masters, who brought the science and light of Yoga to the earth, with the blessing of OM Sri Alakhpuriji Siddha Peeth, for your spiritual development, good health and guidance for your Sadhana. You shall never let enter doubts in your Sadhana, and never interrupt your Sadhana; there should be continuity. As every year I will be in Jadan Ashram, India on Gurupurnima. Thousands of devotees are coming to honour and celebrate our Sri Alakhpuriji Siddha Peeth on this day; and there will be celebrated Gurupurnima Satsangs also in all our ashrams throughout the world. NADARUPA PARABRAHMA - (The form of the Supreme is sound) The vibrations of OM symbolises the manifestation of God in form. The silence between two OM -sound reveals the formless ,divine principle. OM embraces "all that exists"-past ,present and future, all spheres of the Cosmos, the world and its underlying reality , mind and matter, cause and effect, the path and the goal.

1 UNSELFISHNESS AND SPIRITUAL GROWTH IN PRACTICE A conversation with Swami Yogesh Puri Karma Plus magazine, Slovenia November, 2014 Recently we have had an opportunity to spend time with Swami* Yogesh Puri, a Slovene, who has lived and worked in India for more than twenty years. As an architect, he is leading the project of building the OM Ashram in Jadan, Rajasthan. He has renounced private life and, as a swami, dedicated himself to spiritual development through unselfish action – karma yoga. In Slovenia, besides his relatives, he visited some Yoga in daily life centres and shared his precious experience and knowledge with us. He gladly responded to our invitation to share some of them also with the readers of Karma Plus. What brought a Slovene to India? Destiny. They say that nothing in this world happens by chance. A person carries mechanisms within him or herself that start working when the time comes. My time came when I was going through a very difficult period in my life. A book about yoga came into my hands at that time. Although I did not know anything about yoga then, it seemed I was familiar with everything I read. It was like I got a key into my hands, a key to open the pages of my forgotten history. The following day I literally ran to the Yoga in daily life society in Ljubljana. In half a year I met my spiritual master Paramhans Swami Maheshwarananda – Swamiji, with whom I travelled to India in December the same year. We also came to Jadan.

While one autosuggestion. It is also not a visualizing o r passes from conscious to unconscious through dreaming. But this thing comes out of the sub-conscious that particular state is known as practice. Yoganidra is not a meditation but one hypnogogic state by the psychologist. One hour attains the state of meditation during the practice.
