The Carmarthenshire PSB was formed in May 2016, bringing together senior representatives from a number of organisations providing public services to our residents. Our vision is to improve the economic, social, environmental and cultural well‐being of the county’s residents by working collaboratively to add value to each other’s services and also to develop innovative approaches to meet the needs of our communities. We have been working together over the last year to ensure we have the right structure in place and the right partners involved to deliver our Well‐being Plan. Our new Delivery Groups have identified key actions to focus the collaborative work to be progressed, looking at how we can do things differently together, and this will involve building on engagement with local communities. As PSB partners we are all committed to fulfilling our responsibilities to improving the social, economic, cultural and environmental well‐being of the people of Carmarthenshire whilst fully respecting the diverse nature of our bilingual communities. -
