CATALOGUE ORDER - The order of sale has been decided according to the Society AGM where regular vendors are rotated in each age range with new vendors placed at the beginning or end of each section as appropriate.

VENDORS PLEASE NOTE ALL SHEEP TO HAVE BEEN TREATED AGAINST SCAB BEFORE SALE BY USE OF THE APPROPRIATE APPROVED MEDICINES - EITHER BY DIPPING OR INJECTION. HOWEVER THE EPPYNT HILL & BEULAH SPECKLE FACE SHEEP SOCIETY AND THE AUCTIONEERS WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY LIABILITY FOR AN OUTBREAK OF SCAB FOR SHEEP PURCHASED AT THE SALE.

CONDITIONS OF SALE All stock is sold under the Conditions of Sale as recommended for use at Markets by The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, The Society of Valuers and Auctioneers, The National Farmers’ Union of England and , The British Veterinary Association. A copy of these Conditions is exhibited in the Market and it is assumed Vendors and Purchasers will be conversant with the contents.

All Ewes are guaranteed as to Age, Tooth & Udder. Purchasers must inform the Auctioneers of any discrepancy or inaccuracy by 10am on Monday 19th September 2016, and the vendor is responsible for any breach of warranty under the National Conditions of Sale. The Auctioneers ruling shall be final and binding upon both vendor and purchaser.

The Society nor the Auctioneers accept any liability whatsoever for any claim in respect of sheep presented for sale as having been vaccinated against Bluetongue disease. Any vendor offering vaccinated sheep must present a personal warranty/declaration, a copy of this form is available from the Secretary or the Auctioneers.

EPPYNT HILL & BEULAH SPECKLEDFACE SHEEP SOCIETY

Included in today’s sale are sections for Registered Yearlings, Two, Three and Four Year Old Ewes. All Ewes in these sections must be tagged and will be inspected by the Society’s Inspectors. No liability is accepted by the Society or the Auctioneers for any scab outbreak for sheep purchased in the market.

There will be a show for the best pen of 20 or more Registered (1) Yearling Ewes, (2) Two Year Old and Upward Ewes. The Judges are: Mr D Evans, Caegwyn and Mr G Rees, Upper Pentre. Judging will commence at 9.30am promptly. All Ewes for the show must be penned by then, and the auctioneers must be notified by the vendor of the pen that they wish to enter in the show. One entry per vendor only.

Dilwyn Thomas, Maesrhiw Perpetual Memorial Cup will be presented to the winner of 20 Registered Beulah Ewes 2 Year Old & Upwards. A replica will also be given.
