Ringkasan Eksekutif EIA for the Proposed Proposed Mixed Development on Lots 6228, 6229, 6230, 6231, 6232, 6233, 6234, 6235, 6236, 6237, 6238, 6239, 6241, 6242 and 6244, Mukim Ijok, District of Kuala Selangor, Selangor Darul Ehsan for Paragon Pinnacle Sdn. Bhd . RINGKASAN EKSEKUTIF I. Pengenalan Cadangan Projek Kajian EIA ini dijalankan untuk cadangan Pembangunan Bercampur di atas Lot 6228, 6229, 6230, 6231, 6232, 6233, 6234, 6235, 6236, 6237, 6238, 6239, 6241, 6242 dan 6244, Mukim Ijok, Daerah Kuala Selangor, Selangor Darul Ehsan. Projek ini akan dijalankan di kawasan dengan keluasan 1400.16 ekar (566.63 hektar). Tapak pembangunan ini dimiliki oleh Mujur Zaman Sdn. Bhd. dan Ringgit Exotika Sdn. Bhd dan dianggap sebagai pembangunan yang terbengkalai. Pada masa kini, Paragon Pinnacle Sdn. Bhd., iaitu anak syarikat Ecoworld Development Sdn. Bhd., telah mencadangkan pada Kerajaan Negeri untuk membangunkan semula kawasan ini dan telah diberikan “ Power of Attorney (PA)” bagi membangunkan kawasan tersebut bagi pihak pemilik tanah. Paragon Pinnacle Sdn. Bhd. juga telah mendapat persetujuan mahkamah di mana kerajaan negeri, pejabat tanah dan pemilik tanah telah bersetuju untuk menyelesaikan isu-isu perihal tanah. Lokaliti tapak Projek ini adalah di bawah pentadbiran Majlis Daerah Kuala Selangor (MDKS). Ulasan untuk Penilaian Awal Tapak (PAT) dari Jabatan Alam Sekitar Negeri Selangor telah diterima pada 22hb Oktober 2015 dan 31hb Mac 2016 (surat lanjutan) di mana Laporan EIA perlu dikemukakan untuk kelulusan. Tapak Projek ini terletak di dalam Daerah Kuala Selangor, Selangor Darul Ehsan. Projek yang dicadangkan ini dikelilingi dengan perumahan, industri dan ladang kelapa sawit. Tapak Projek ini terletak kira-kira 44km dari Kuala Lumpur, 27km ke utara dari bandar Shah Alam, 31km ke barat laut dari bandar Petaling Jaya dan 16km ke barat dari Pekan Sungai Buloh. Dari segi geografinya, tapak Projek berada pada kedudukan seperti dia bawah: Longitud Latitud 101°29’32.91” T 3°12’56.04” U 101°29’13.79” T 3°12’37.86” U 101°27’23.91” T 3°13’2.24” U 101°20’25.67” T 3°13’50.84” U 101°20’48.51” T 3°14’13.57” U 101°28’59353” T 3°13’37.18” U Lokasi Tapak Projek adalah seperti yang ditunjukkan dalam Gambarajah A . Dari segi aksesibiliti, pembangunan yang dicadangkan ini boleh diakses melalui Jalan Meru Tambahan dan Persiaran Mokhtar Dahari di bahagian barat Tapak Projek. Pada masa ini, tapak projek itu merupakan tanah terbengkalai yang kebanyakan kawasannya telah dilapangkan dan platform telah disediakan untuk pembangunan perumahan sebelum ini. Terdapat beberapa rumah terbengkalai dan struktur cerucuk di bahagian utara dan tengah-tengah kawasan Projek. Selain itu, beberapa kawasan takungan air di bahagian tengah dan selatan kawasan Projek disebabkan oleh aktiviti kerja tanah oleh EUROPASIA ENGINEERING SERVICES SDN. BHD. Bhd . pemaju perumahan sebelum ini. Selain itu, pokok-pokok kelapa sawit telah didapati mendominasi di bahagian timur tapak projek. Didapati pokok-pokok kelapa sawit di tapak Projek adalah terdiri dari pokok-pokok matang ke tua yang lebih 20 tahun dan masih lagi produktif. Keadaan sediada di Tapak adalah seperti yang ditunjukkan di Gambarajah B . Tapak Projek yang dicadangkan dikelilingi dengan perumahan, industri, tumbuhan sekunder dan rangkaian jalanraya. Gunatanah bersebelahan Tapak Projek adalah seperti dibawah: • Utara : Ladang kelapa sawit, tumbuhan sekunder, pembangunan Alam Perdana (terbengkalai), Taman Alam Sutera, Taman Industri Alam Jaya dan Pusat Perdagangan Alam Jaya, Kilang Lay Hong dan Sg. Buloh. • Timur : Taman Sri Adjua, Taman Bukit Jugra, Taman Desa Moccis dan kelapa sawit • Selatan : Bandar Saujana Utama, Seri Pristana, Hillpark Shah Alam (dalam pembinaan), kampus UiTM Puncak Alam dan Bandar Puncak Alam. • Barat : Bandar Puncak Alam, Puncak Bistari dan Persiaran Mokhtar Dahari Cadangan Projek ini adalah pembangunan bercampur yang tertakluk kepada perkara 14 (c)(i), dan 18 di bawah Jadual Pertama Perintah Kualiti Alam Sekeliling (Aktiviti yang Ditetapkan) (Penilaian Kesan Alam Sekitar) 2015 di bawah Seksyen 34A Akta Kualiti Alam Sekeliling (Pindaan) 2012. Berdasarkan pada Rancangan Tempatan Majlis Daerah Kuala Selangor 2015, Projek yang dicadangkan adalah terletak dalam Blok Perancangan 6 – Ijok dibawah Blok Perancangan Kecil (BPK) 6.1 – Bandar Puncak Alam dan Blok Perangan Kecil – 6.2 Saujana Utama yang mana telah ditetapkan untuk pembangunan perumahan dan perniagaan. Bhd . II. Alam Persekitaran Sediada Persekitaran Fizikal a. Topografi • Berdasarkan pada pelan ukur, cadangan Tapak Projek ini mempunyai permukaan yang agak rata dengan purata ketinggian dari RL11m hingga RL16m dari min paras air laut kecuali Lot 6228 dan Lot 6229 di bahagian barat Tapak Projek yang mempunyai ketinggian dari RL16m hingga RL40m dari min paras air laut . • Puncak tertinggi (kira-kira RL 52.08m) berada di bukit yang diganggu di bahagian barat Tapak Projek manakala kawasan terendah (kira-kira RL 9.39m) berada di timur laut Tapak Projek. b. Saliran • Tapak Projek berada di dalam kawasan tadahan Sg. Buloh. Terdapat dua (2) takat pengambilan air di dalam kawasan tadahan air Sg. Buloh dan kedua-duanya berada di hulu Tapak Projek. • Khususnya, di bahagian timur tapak projek disaliri oleh parit tanah ladang manakala bahagian barat tapak projek disaliri oleh parit tanah yang disediakan semasa aktiviti kerja tanah oleh pembangunan sebelum ini. c. Aspek Geologi dan Tanah • Keseluruhan Tapak Projek terletak di dalam Formasi Beruas di mana terdapat beberapa lapisan sedimen aluvium Kuarter separa dan yang tidak disatukan dan berbeza-beza ketebalan (tanah gambut, tanah liat humik dan deposit lumpur), kecuali di bahagian barat Tapak Projek yang terletak pada Formasi Bukit Kenny. • Berdasarkan kepada keputusan kajian penyiasatan tanah (SI) oleh Strata Drill Sdn. Bhd. pada 2 hb. Januari 2015 hingga 21 hb. Januari 2015 di bawah pengawasan jurutera perunding, Jurutera Perunding Primareka

    SITUASI SEMASA LAPORAN MINGGUAN DEMAM DENGGI NEGERI SELANGOR Bagi Minggu Epidemiologi 35/2021 (Tarikh 29.08.21 - 04.09.21) 1. Analisa bilangan kes berdasarkan daerah Pada minggu epidemiologi (ME) 35 iaitu bagi tempoh 29 Ogos hingga 4 September 2021, sejumlah 217 kes demam denggi telah dilaporkan di Negeri Selangor, iaitu penurunan sebanyak 18.4% berbanding 266 kes pada minggu sebelumnya. Sejumlah 10,797 kes demam denggi dilaporkan sehingga ME 35 yang berakhir pada 4 September 2021 iaitu penurunan sebanyak 70.6% ( 25,915 kes) berbanding minggu yang sama tahun 2020 (36,712 kes). Tiada kes kematian dilaporkan dalam tempoh ini. Kumulatif kes kematian sehingga ME 35 adalah dua kes menunjukkan penurunan 94.1 %, berbanding 34 kes kematian pada tempoh yang sama tahun lepas.
