General Information: Participation is subject to MAPEX terms and conditions. Booth price starts from RM 8,000 – RM13,000 per standard intermediate booth (3mx3m) for 3 days. Registration is on first-come-first-served basis upon receipt of payment. If the first choice location is taken up, participants will be allocated the next available preferred choice of location. Bookings received by fax are NOT confirmed until payment is received. Discounted price is only applicable for payment made and received before 31st January 2020. The Organizer reserves the right to alter the position of the allocated booth. No CANCELLATIONS will be entertained upon confirmation of registration thereafter. Cheques for the amount equivalent to the cost of your first choice booth must be made payable to “Persatuan Pemaju Hartanah & Perumahan” or direct bank in to Public Bank Account No. 3088 280 505. (Important: please submit the payment slip with name written clearly as proof of payment through email to selangor@rehda.com or fax to 03-7880 4685). Any differential amount will be refunded to the respective participant. Exhibitors are requested to ensure that their Developer’s License (DL) and Advertisement & Sale Permits (AP) are valid, kept on-hand and clearly displayed at their respective booths for the duration of the exhibition.
