Through this release, we are providing (a) names of establishments by inspection grade, and (b) names of establishments which were ordered to close for serious violations of health and sanitation standards. For these establishments, we provide the suspension date and the date they were certified to resume operations. Classifications for Food Safety Rating for an establishment receiving a score of: • 90-100 Grade A • 80-89 Grade B • 70-79 Grade C • > 69 Closure/Suspension Results: Grade A: 26 establishment(s) 1. Although some of these seeds are being sold at Taro Sue Store in Garapan and Ace Hardware at several locations on Saipan, the seeds are limited in numbers and varieties. Thus, varieties of SC seeds were imported from the University of Hawaii's Agricultural Experiment Station to be planted and tested for yield, plant health and vigor, product quality, as well as resistance to plant pests and diseases. Most of the seeds were distributed to farmers utilizing government owned commercial farm plots in Kagman. Soil samples from various farm sites were sent to the University of Hawaii for a battery of tests, including pH, nutrient content or quality, presence of toxic chemicals or residues, physical properties, etc. Test results were to be made available to participating farmers with proper recommendations on how to improve their particular soils for the type of SC to be grown. Soil testing for the presence of nematodes and the identification of the type of species present was also to be undertaken.

PUBLIC LAW NO. 9-30 NINTH NORTHERN MARIANAS COMMONWEALTH LEGISLATURE H.B. NO. 9-243, H.D.1 SECOND REGULAR SESSION, 1994 AN ACT To re-program fund balance from Public Law No. 8-2; and for other purposes. BE IT ENACTED BY THE NINTH NORTHERN MARIANAS COMMONWEALTH LEGISLATURE: Section 1. Purpose. The purpose of this bill is to re-program fund balance funds from Public Law No. 8-2 to complete the road paving at Dan Dan, San Vicente and Koblerville. Section 2. Re-programming. There is hereby re-programmed $303,933.00 from Public Law No. 8-2, Section 410, Subsection e, Department of Public Health and Environmental Services for purchase of a financial management system, to complete the road paving at Dan Dan, San Vicente and Koblerville. Any balance remaining after the road projects in Dan Dan, San Vicente, and Koberville have been completed shall be used to complete road paving in Chalan Kanoa. The Mayor of Saipan shall be the expenditure authority. Section 3. Severability. If any provision of this Act or the application of any such provision to any person or circumstance should be held invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction the remainder of this Act or the application of its provisions to persons or circumstances other than those to which it is held invalid shall not be affected thereby. COMMONWEALTH OF THE NORTHERN MARIANA ISLANDS COMMONWEALTH ELECTION COMMISSION Early Voting & Election Day Polling Place Designation Announcement This is to inform all CNMI Voters that pursuant to Public Law No. 12-18, the 2020 General Election Early Voting period for the 1st Senatorial District of Rota & 2nd Senatorial District of Tinian & Aguiguan will commence on Tuesday, October 27, 2020 and end on Monday, November 2nd, 2020. The polling places for the Early Voting period are as follows: POLLING SITE HOURS & SCHEDULE 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. - 55 years old or older and Disabled (ONLY). 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. -All registered voter PRECINCT & POLLING SITE LOCATION Precinct 6 (Tinian & Aguiguan) -Tinian Gymnasium, Tinian, San Jose Enter/Exit at west facing baseball field Precinct 7 (Rota) -Rota NMC Center, Rota, Tatachug Enter/Exit at the front main entrance In addition, pursuant to 1 CMC § 6105(c), the Commission hereby announces the designated polling places for the upcoming November 3, 2020 General Election.
