HP ePrint Specifications Below are certain specifications that allow secure and successful ePrint jobs to render as you desire. I encourage you, at your convenience, to take a look at the compatible file types, email clients and other specifications that will make your ePrint experience more enjoyable. I also recommend to periodically login at www.eprintcenter.com to browse the Resources and News tabs to discover new ePrint updates and features. ePrint Supported File Types •Microsoft Word •Microsoft PowerPoint •Microsoft Excel* •Text files (txt) •PDF •HTML •Images (bmp, jpg, png, gif, tiff) * It is strongly recommended that you preview documents in Excel before printing. Note: The HP ePrint service does not support printing webpages via email at this time. HP is currently developing dedicated solutions to support webpage printing from mobile devices. Image files (like jpeg, bmp, tiff, etc) need to be at least 100DPI in order to print via ePrint. PGP encryption, digitally signed documents, macro-enabled spreadsheets and password-protected documents are not supported by ePrint at this time and will not print. ePrint Supported Email Clients •Outlook 2003, 2007 •Hotmail, Yahoo! Mail, Gmail •Apple Mail (iPhone, iPad, Macbook, MacbookPro) •BlackBerry mail client •Nokia/Symbian client (Nokia) ePrint Email Size & Recipient Limitation When sending emails to the Printer via ePrint there is a size limitation. The number of attachments cannot exceed 10. The email body and attachments together cannot exceed 5MB. When sending emails to the Printer via ePrint there is a recipient limitation. In either the To: Bcc: or Cc: fields of the email, there can only be the one ePrint email address in the To: field. When forwarding an email to the printer ePrint address, there can only be the ePrint address in the To: field. The ePrint print job will fail if sent to more than just the ePrint address alone. .
