Suntory Roku contains six Japanese botanicals representing the four seasons, plus eight traditional botanicals. Botanicals include Sakura flower, Sakura leaf, Yuzu peel, Sencha tea (green tea), Gyokuro tea (refined green tea) and Sanshō pepper . Best served with Premium Light tonic, garnished with lemon.

Pinkster made from fresh raspberries - deliciously dry with a hint of fruit & an exceptionally smooth finish. Botanicals include juniper, black peppercorn & fresh raspberries. Best served with Aromatic with a slice of orange, or with Premium Light tonic, garnished with lime.

Hendricks a smooth and floral distilled with unique botanicals. Botanicals include apple mint, chamomile, creeping thistle & elder. Best served with Cucumber or Elderflower tonic, garnished with cucumber.

Silent Pool a delicate, fresh and floral premium London Dry gin from the 250 year old G&J Distillery. Botanicals include bergamot, fresh orange & lime peel, dried pears, rose petals, kaffir lime leaves, linden, elderflower. Best served with Elderflower tonic, garnished with orange.

The Botanist 22 hand-foraged local botanicals delicately augment nine berries, barks, seeds & peels. Botanicals include lavender, rose petal, elderflower, chamomile and a dollop of honey. Best served with Premium light tonic, garnished with a sprig of rosemary.

Boë Violet infused with violets to create a fresh, floral summer gin with a hint of parma violets. Botanicals include juniper, , angelica, cardamom, ginger, almonds, orris root, cassia bark, root & cubeb. Best served with Elderflower or Premium Light tonic, garnished with lime.

Jüst pronounced “yoost”, crafted in small batches in Borensberg, Sweden. Botanicals include Swedish dill, juniper berries from the Austrian Alps, West African paradise grain, liquorice root from Ceylon. Best served on the rocks or with Premium Light tonic, garnished with lemon or dill.

Sipsmith London Dry floral, citrus nose - lemon tart & marmalade flavours - spicy juniper & lemon finish. Botanicals include Macedonian juniper berries, Seville orange peel, Spanish lemon peel, cassia bark, bark, Bulgarian coriander seed, Spanish ground almond, Belgian angelica root, Spanish liquorice, Italian orris. Best served with Premium Light or Aromatic tonic, garnished with lime.

Sipsmith Sloe subtle, complex and bursting with jammy, marzipan flavours. Botanicals include wild sloe berries are frozen to break their skins, then rested on London Dry gin for 4 months. Best served on its own, with mulled apple juice, or with Sicilian Lemon tonic, garnished with lemon.

Sipsmith VJOP a strong, juniper led gin made with 3 times the juniper compared to standard Sipsmith. Botanicals include liquorice root, coriander seeds, orange peel and LOTS of juniper. Best served with Aromatic or Sicilian Lemon tonic, garnished with lime.

Sipsmith Orange & Cacao rich dark chocolate with zesty candied orange & sweet Madagascan vanilla. Botanicals include extra juniper & liquorice root, cacao nibs, orange peel, blossom & . Best served with on its own, with hot chocolate, or with Premium Light tonic, garnished with orange.

Gin Mare a Mediterranean gin flavoured with basil, , rosemary and the Arbequina olive. Botanicals include lemon & orange peel, basil, rosemary, thyme, olive and cardamom. Best served with Mediterranean tonic, garnished with lemon or olive.

Chase Pink Grapefruit a spectacular pairing of pink grapefruit with award winning British gin. Botanicals include elderflower, bitter almond, pink grapefruit and pomelo peel. Best served with Mediterranean tonic, garnished with orange or lemon.

Chase Elegant 48 distilled from organic apples, and has a lovely, crisp flavour. Botanicals include elderflower, juniper, orange peel, crisp apples, and a little liquorice. Best served with Elderflower tonic, garnished with orange.

Tanqueray Rangpur is made with the zestiness of the rare Rangpur lime and juicy mandarin oranges. Botanicals include juniper, Rangpur, bay leaves, ginger, coriander. Best served with Cucumber or Premium Light tonic, garnished with orange or lime.

Tarquin’s Brilliant British Blackberry Gin a Cornish Gin infused with British blackberries and honey for a beautiful fruity gin. Botanicals include orange peel, bitter almond, cinnamon, Devon violets, blackberry and Cornish wild honey. Best served with Sicilian Lemon or Elderflower tonic, garnished with mint.

Whitley Neill Rhubarb Gin with Ginger a sweet and fruity gin with citrus tones and a welcoming hint of spice. Botanicals include juniper, orange, lemon, orris bark, rhubarb extract, ginger extract. Served with Premium Light tonic or Ginger Ale, garnished with lemon peel or orange peel.

Monkey 47 a strong and complex gin, distilled in Germany using 47 botanicals. Botanicals include lemon, sage, lavender and jasmine. Best served with Mediterranean or Aromatic tonic, garnished with lime.

Standard serve is a double measure on ice, in a fishbowl glass with the recommended light tonic & garnish.
