Los sujetos son 5 reggaetoneros y 5 reggaetoneras de varios países y se analiza las letras de 3 canciones de cada artista. En el análisis se usan palabras de la jerga reggaetonera y otras palabras que aparecen en las letras, además se compara la diferencia entre el sentido y significado de las artistas. Unos reggaetoneros muestran diferencias en sus léxicos, el uso de la jerga reggaetonera y el uso del préstamos en inglés. Las reggaetoneras casi nunca usan palabras reggaetoneras, sino que muestran el uso del préstamo ingles, y además, se muestran una diferencia entre las reggaetoneras en el campo de las canciones. Hay palabras que ambos géneros usan de manera universal, pero los reggaetoneros usan más jerga reggaetonera y sus palabras en general son mas sexuales. Las reggaetoneras usan la atmosfera de sus canciones más para expresar el sentido. A pesar de diferencias, no son tantas como se esperaba.
