Evolution of communication and the way of collaboration The PINKFONG series consists of more than 520 apps featuring games, learning, and comics, including the 2D animated PINKFONG Kids Songs and Stories app. The apps are available on YouTube and regional popular video platforms, such as China’s , in four languages including Korean, English, Chinese, and Japanese with culturally localized content. As PINKFONG’s educational content becomes available in more countries and across more platforms, the need to reproduce the content is growing. This is especially true when it comes to video, which requires complex and time-consuming production work. Adobe Photoshop CC and Illustrator CC are used for image and character creation, Flash Professional CC for animations, Audition CC for sound editing, and After Effects CC for post-production work. “It’s difficult to maintain quality with limited time and an increasing workload, so we’ve had to really think about ways to more efficiently create content,” says Hyun-woo. Moreover, in the past, image, character, graphics, video, and sound creation and editing were all done separately.
